Sometimes you need a pen and you just don't happen to have one in your pocket or purse. But now you will ALWAYS have one. Yes it's bit awkward writing with a pen as thin as a tooth pick, but if it's a choice between that and no pen at all (and trying to memorize a phone number or whatever), this thing comes in VERY handy,I travel light basically just my keys, credit cards, some money, and my phone. Nothing else. So I can attest that this pen has come to the rescue many times. OK, so most people don't use Treos anymore.
