ITS WORKING FINE..THIS IS WHAT I NEEDED..I WISH IT HAS A LONGER CORD..LIKE THE ORIGINAL ONE..I HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR AT LEAST A MONTH..

I purchased this item for my mother-in-law and fully expected to receive all the accessories that come along with the adaptor, including the three prong adapter plug to be used in appropriate situations. It was't included. But I guess the product is doing the same job without it.
