This box appears well built with lots of foam padding. The entire inside is lined (glued) with dense, 1/8" foam padding. It comes with three removable foam pads: a 3/8" pad at the base, a 3/8" pad on the top and a 1 3/4" center pad with removable 3/8" squares. They all fit in snug and should provide great protection for any contents that fit.My only issue is the description of the product dimensions. The box I ordered was the "OtterBox Drybox 3150 Waterproof Case". With the removable foam taken out, MY measurements of the INTERNAL dimensions are as follows
7.5" x 3.5" x 3.25" (L x W x H)
The following dimensions are listed on a sticker on the box:
OtterBox 3000
Internal: 7.64" x 3.72" x 1.23"
External: 8.81" x 5.17" x 2.00"
OtterBox 3250
Internal: 7.58" x 3.64" x 2.22"
External: 8.81" x 5.17" x 3.08"
OtterBox 3500
Internal: 7.55" x 3.60" x 3.32"
External: 8.81" x 5.17" x 4.18"
(Please note the 3150 is not listed here??)
If you have something small that fits these dimensions (e.g., phone, small camera, gps, etc.) and need it to be protected from water and bouncing around...I would definitely recommend this product.

I thought this was going to be bigger than what it was. It couldn't even fit my Nikon 5100... That's my fault but I kept the box anyways because it is well built and might be of some use for something else. OtterBox items are typically amazing products. Unfortunately this was just too small for what I originally planned on using it for. This product which shipped and arrived a day earlier than expected is a great air tight / waterproof (to 100') box with foam-lined interior storage that can be easily shaped and customized to fit small, valuables at maximum protection. Highly recommended.
