This product works beautifully. Everything was in excellent working condition when it arrived, and it even got to me before the earliest shipping day possible! Yes, the cord does not have a sync button, but I just activate it through my Palm TX, no hassle whatsoever! I would recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive, working replacement to their original Palm charger.
