This was a gift for our daughter. She loves it. I wish I had one that swivels.like this, including the color. It is a bit thicker than mine, however. (Mine is boring black.) I had spent considerable time reviewing Kindle Fire cases. This one does have an elastic strap that keeps it shut.

I received this along with the red case and it's perfect for my kids to use with their new kindle fires. It's easy to put together and easy to charge the device.
