The left shift, backspace, and =+ keys are pretty dim when the backlight shines through, but that issue is dwarfed by how bright the indicator LEDs are, as shown in this image: http://i.imgur.com/bxgL7jn.jpg
The instructions left out a couple details; Clicking FN+Escape will shift the touchpad between keyboard and remote (horizontal and vertical) orientation, and I'm not sure what the key with a keyboard diagram does.
It's a great keyboard if you don't have to stare at it for long. This mini keyboard is really well thought out. The back-lighting on the one I received illuminates about 90% of the keys well. The size is very comfortable. I had no issues typing with it. The touchpad works perfectly.
Mine came with bright blue LED indicator lights though instead of the green ones in the images. That is okay, but they are so bright they dull the visibility of the backlit keys if the blue light gets in your eyes.
It feels well made and is comfortable in the hands. I wish there was a wireless model with dongle that would work in DOS and other non windows or linux environments at POST time.
I paired this to a Satechi Bluetooth 4.0 dongle and also my ipod. Simply works wonderfully if you have a need for a mini bluetooth keyboard.this keyboard works fine, every key works fine, just the mouse pad is not much sensive but works well it's so functional.Material is very good and cool style ,but it will not connect with windows righaway when bootup or restart, have to take time for autoconnect , sometime not and have to re-setup , maybe my bluetooth problemThe keyboard is Simple and Convient to use in the palm of your hand.
BUT, it does not come with a Bluetooth Dongle so you have to already have Bluetooth or buy a dongle to provide it.
Once you have the Bluetooth Service then the process is simple....
Enter a numeric number from the keyboard to pair the devices,
Once you do that your wireless keyboardis ready to use!
Keys are nicely sized and have a solid feel to them.
Orange grips at the bottom corners make it easy to grip with 2 fingers of one hand so the other is free to type and use the touch pad.....Got this for Windows 8 and works great......can sit back on my couch and expierence a real media expierence!
