Usrobotics Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard

I am using this keyboard with a Macintosh computer. I have had this keyboard for a few weeks, It started out good but I find that the range of it is less than 8 feet, far short of the 30 feet it says on the box. after about 8 feet it starts to malfunction badly. I get repeated letters all over the place and it loses connection quite often. I have tried to get some help from USRobotics but they have been unresponsive to my emails. It does not look like they are interested in my problem at all.

this has stopped being fun.

I paid $29, it's the price of an education I guess.

I'm very happy with the keyboard. It's small, flat, responsive. So few options exist for apple-based keyboards and while one of the many pc keyboards would work, they are entirely undesirable. So I was happy to find and try this one, esp at the price, and after a month, I am still very, very pleased with it. We have small Apple keyboards being used elsewhere in our office, but they are no better than this one.

I've used this 5 days a week at work for the past 3 months, and I haven't had any complaints. Had trouble at first syncing it to my Macbook, but I think it's because I read the directions wrong. It's not very intuitive on how you sync it; you really do have to read. But it's fine if you don't throw away the booklet. Haven't had to change out the batteries yet, but I remember to turn it off every day when I leave work. Not sure how long they'll last if you forget.
