This is the first time I bought and used item. I have always been suspicious of the quality and service. Ed, the seller, made me change mine mind. I had a GREAT experience buying from him. The product was exacly how he described. It was delivered on time. When I mentioned that the pen was falling sometimes from the PC. He sent me a cover without additional cost to me. If you are thinking about buying something from him.. Do it. You will not regret. Execellent Customer Service.
