I bought this rig for about $150 off eBay a few months ago. I already had a rig (Gini/Magic Spider), but I liked the fact that this rig looked very versatile, and that it could pack up to fit into a small backpack. Unless you're shooting something pretty seriously, it feels kind of silly to walk around in public with a full-sized shoulder rig -for one thing, they look like rocket launchers. I can configure this into a simple handheld unit which is fairly inconspicuous but also offers much-improved stability (especially for dslrs.) If I want more stability, I can change it up into a full shoulder rig.The build quality is quite good, and it's a very functional little gadget. It's a good balance of portability, functionality, and price.
