I installed this battery in a Garmin Nuvi 265w. I've seen reviews that stated you'd need a #5 Torx to remove the 2 screws under serial number label. I was able to take them out with a standard jeweler's screwdriver without damaging the screws at all. I also separated the case with the trusty butter knife (again without doing any damage to the case). The ONLY 'issue' I had, and this is very minor, is I had to install the battery label-side down so I could connect the wire. I charged it up before using it (as per mfg instructions) and it appears to be functioning as designed. I bought this battery because the original one was no longer holding a charge.
