One day while watching tv I saw this product advertised on a shopping channel, after watching the demo I thought wow what a great product. So of course I checked it out on line and found it on Amazon for half the price. If you travel, on vacations, for business, for pleasure or just for use around the home this a a great product. It allows you to plug everything into one space so you don't end up having everything plugged in in different outlets all over the place. Less likely to lose or leave your charging cords using one central plug in. It also has a surge protector so your gadgets are protected.

I purchased this device as an attempt to save space when traveling. All the pictures fail to show that this device is rather thick (2.75") making it bulky to travel with. It would have been nice if the prongs in the back either retracted, or were part of a flexible wire so it could be less wide.

Additionally the top that is the cradle for your device pops out each time you turn the device upside down although it is a rather easy fix with a tube of crazy glue.

If the USB ports are not an absolute necessity, I would recommend the Belkin 3 outlet adapter. It is much more compact device.

We now have 7 of these around the house. They converted regular outlets into mini-powerstrips and phone chargers. When friends come by, there's usually a charging station waiting somewhere near them.

What makes this better than other similar power stations is that it has the groove in the top. It is a very handy feature that gives your phone/MP3 player a place to sit rather than laying on the floor while charging.

The product is okay, but not great.

It apparently intended to be plugged into a wall socket, as it has electrical prongs centered on the back. I used a short extension cable to make it useable on my bed stand.

I would like to have seen a bit more weight in the bottom. it's easy to push around when tapping snooze on my phone in a half-conscious daze.
