WOW!!!!! I called the company after two years, and they happily refunded my money on the portable DVD player! They were very courteous and understanding!!!!!! I can't say enough of how pleased I am with the ease of the return and the refund!!! They sent me a prepaid postage stamp and credited my account as soon as I sent the defective DVD player! YEA for good customer service!!!!

This was one of the most speediest company that I have ever dealt with.

True their word. I was told that as soon as I get my return package into the UPS Store and get a tracking number then I would receive a reimbursement as a Gift coupon with Amazon via email.

My hubby went to the UPS Store for me, then called once he had the

tracking number. With-in minutes I received an email with my Gift coupon

ready to use on Amazon.

The young ladies that called to see if I received the print-out packing slip were very courteous.

I don't often get protection, but I'm glad I did. My portable DVD player suddenly stopped working. I called the number on the plan, was emailed a UPS label, and as soon as UPS picked it up and had it in their system, was given full credit for original price; no hassle ,no questions, within 3 days I had a new player.
