If you're making independent films or sketches or videos, then you need this! It does a great job even with the on-board mics, run another mic into to get even better recording. Super simple, super effective.

This is a great field recorder. I am using it for audio capture when shooting video. The ability to have 4 track in a hand held recorder is awesome. I like to use the on board mics for ambient sound and then use wired or wireless mics boomed in on a pole.

Also using it for live band demos. On board mics for the live room mix with the ability to take to feed from the board.

Haven't tried to use the mult-track functions. That is my next project.
