I love my new kindle cover. I was surprised that the front with the flowers was smooth (I was expecting something like burlap), meaning that it snag on anything. The inside of the cover is like a black velvet finish, so your screen will definitely be protected, even if you don't have a clear shield over it. The kindle pops right into the back snugly. Definitely worth the price.

this item was beautful when i got it. it was for my mother for her kindel and she loved it. if i had to do it all over agian i would. not only that the item was delivered to me on time when they said it would and in amazing condition. thank you amazon!!!!

The product says it is for the amazon kindle fire, but they don't tell you which size. It seems that it is meant for the small, original fire, and not the 7-inch. If you have a 7 inch kindle fire, DO NOT BUY! If you have the small, regular kindle, then it seems like a nice product. Luckily, amazon has great customer service and i was able to return it.
