HTC/T-Mobile Wing 1130mAh Lith Batt

HTC/T-Mobile Wing 1130mAh Lith BattThis battery is exactly the same product as the original battery in my wing phone. It works just as great as the original one back to 3 years ago.

My sad old phone now works like new due to the energy boost from the new battery.

Buy HTC/T-Mobile Wing 1130mAh Lith Batt Now

The back cover on my Wing had a tab broken off AND the battery was starting to have no practical charge-life (maybe 24 hrs on a full charge with moderate use). So this was a 2-for-1 bonus, but even if it had been only the battery for sale I would still have considered it a decent price.

Neither of these items are available anymore through T-Mobile.

They were shipped quickly and pacakged well. The cover is the same color and finish as the original and is a perfect replacement. The lack of the fifth star is because the battery does not have as long a life as the OEM battery did when it was new.It is NOT exactly the same as the battery that came with my unit, but I will not say this means it is not OEM. HTC may have changed their battery at some point during the manufacturing life of this phone. So I do not know if the change in charge-life means this battery was previously used, or if that's just the manufacturer, or what. The battery life is just decent.

However, overall I'd say this is a good item and a good seller to work with.

I bought this replacement battery a while back.. but its all been downhill... it worked well for like a week.. afterwards, til now, i have to keep the phone plugged in or it dies instantly. Really annoying, that i bought a new phone and i still have the other phone with this battery plugged in to stay on. Im very hesitant to buy a new battery for it, because this is not the first one that this happened to. (thats the reason i was replacing the original in the first place).

INTERMEC 0-360019-01 SCANPLUS 1800, CCD SCANNER, WITH TRIGGER, NO CABLE ScanPlus 1800 Handheld Scan

INTERMEC 0-360019-01 SCANPLUS 1800, CCD SCANNER, WITH TRIGGER, NO CABLE ScanPlus 1800 Handheld Scanner KitThis item is not a kit. It is the white part only of the picture with an instruction book. To use it, you would have to buy a compatable part, the part at the back shown in black with the cord. Apparently this is a replacement head for a commercial scanner or some other use where the back part plugs into the front white part. It is useless by itself and the cables I found that might work with it are well over $40.00. If you want a scanner for personal use, you do not want this. I know it says NO CABLE, but it also says it is a kit and shows a power cord and there is no further description, so I took a chance. There was no problems with receiving and returning the order.

rooCASE Super Bubble Neoprene (Dark Blue / Black) Sleeve Case for Apple MacBook Pro MC374LL/A MC375

rooCASE Super Bubble Neoprene Sleeve Case for Apple MacBook Pro MC374LL/A MC375LL/A 13.3-Inch LaptopGreat case! Thick, side pocket, seemingly quality zipper, great color!

Smell?? Yes, a little, but it goes away. Not a big deal really.

Fits MacBook Pro.

CAUTION: I also ordered a rooCASE for my MacBook Air. Although advertised as being for the Air, it is exactly the same size as the one for the Pro so it is loose on the Air. Disappointing and I would even say false advertising. If you are considering one for your Air, just know that they are universal cases and not specific to any single laptop. Still a great case though. (No stars removed here because it actually fits the Pro well, not the case when it comes to the Air.)

Overall, it is a very good case and I'm satisfied with this purchase.

I love this sleeve case for my iPad2, the bubbles protects my iPad and has a pocket for storage. Really happy with it.

3M VC05W VGA Cable for PDAs

3M VC05W VGA Cable for PDAsThe 3M VC05W VGA cable is (so far) the only cable that I have found that will connect audio and VGA video output form a computer to my 3M MP225 pico-projector. You plug the jack into the computer's audio output. You plug the VGA connector into the VGA connector on your computer. The small flat connector plugs into the projector. (The projector's display is exactly what would be shown on a monitor connected to the VGA output except its resolution will be limited by the resolution of the projector.)

This cable transmits the signals perfectly. However, it is too short for my purposes. I want to use it with a desktop computer. The distance between the moulded plugs of the VGA connector and the connector to the projector is about 35 7/8 inches. By the time you connect to the VGA output on the back of a tower case, you don't enough slack left to place the projector as freely as you can place a typical computer monitor.

The product description states that the length of the cable is 39.8 inches and if there were longer cables available then I'd have to rate this product as 4 or 5 stars since it meets all its promises. However, I haven't found any longer cable for sale by 3M. The product information offers no standard name for the connector that goes to the projector. (It won't fit any other electronic device I have, including digital cameras, cell phone and computers. I think it may be a proprietary type.) Since this is the only cable available, I rate this product as 3 stars because its too short for some purposes. ( If you use a laptop and plan to set the projector close by, it will be satisfactory for you.)

( I think I can solve my own problem with this cable by adding a VGA to VGA extension cable. I wasn't using the audio output anyway.)

is great

excellent, good equipment, office and service very good and timely delivery.

only a setback with the calculation of invoices for the conversion of dollars to bolivars to delay sending to Caracas from the last order.

Acer AME600-UR368 Desktop (Black)

Acer AME600-UR368 DesktopWindows 8 boot time seems fast. It takes about 54 seconds from the time I turn it on, to the the time the desktop appears with my icons. I like the speed of the wireless card connection to my Verizon hot spot. I like the 45 degree USB/audio jack/mic jack/card reader on the top and up front. With the Intel I5, 1TB HD, and 8 GB RAM fir a reasonable price ($490), I'll give it 5 stars. Thanks Amazon and Acer!!

I've used a lap top my entire life so this is my first desktop. What a difference ! It's speedy and holds a lot of memory. I had no issues with set up and its running like a charm. It took a few days to get use to Windows 8 (coming from XP & 7) but 8 is better.... excel is the worst where they changed stuff around but word is the same from what I can tell. Adapt and overcome is what I say..... go for 8 !

SanDisk SDCFB-256-A10 256 MB CompactFlash Card (Retail Package)

SanDisk SDCFB-256-A10 256 MB CompactFlash CardHow many pictures will it store? It is the most commonly asked question from digital camera enthusiast but usually the question that is the most difficult to get a straight answer about. Well, considering I worked in the memory industry for over 7 years I can help clarify this perplexing question and do so unbiased as I have since changed industries.

The SanDisk SDCFB-256-A10 256MB CompactFlash Card, like most 256MB cards, will store on average 284 pictures when used with a 2 megapixel camera, 213 images when used with a 3 megapixel camera, 128 pictures when used with a 4 megapixel camera, 102 images when used with a 5 megapixel camera, and 80 pictures when used with a 6 megapixel camera. These numbers are based off the assumption that you are going to shoot your images at the highest quality JPEG setting available for the camera and understand that they are estimates and may be off by as much as 10 percent due to numerous factors including the complexity of the scene being shot and the compression algorithm used by your specific camera.

I truly hope this review was helpful to you in determining whether this card is the right capacity for your specific needs.

I recently bought a Canon S40 camera which I love..I also purchased this Sandisk 256MB card to go along wiht it..I have taken as many as 264 pictures( think you can get as many as 500 on it) at 2272X1704 resolution(highest resolution for this camera) and it still was going..I believe you can only get about 30 with the card that comes stock with the camera..If your not to much into the high resolution you can get about 1500 pictures at 640X480 I think...Thats a huge benefit if your traveling and cant download onto a computer for a while. Did a week at Disneyworld with the kids and captured the whole thing on one card...SWEET!!

Buy SanDisk SDCFB-256-A10 256 MB CompactFlash Card (Retail Package) Now

The Sandisk 256Mb Cf card really delivers 244MB after formatting it in my Canon A80 camera. But this happens to many CF cards, you have to accept that.

I chose a 256MB card since the Canon takes up about 2MB PER Picture on best quality and size settings ( total about 120 odd-pics). Lower quality( picture compression) or pic size gives me much more images. I can record about 700 odd seconds of video on the card @ 320*240 15fps settings. I definitely recommend this card size as one if you plan to buy a 3MP+ camera. Since the price difference is reducing every day, it makes more sense to opt of a 256Mb instead of a 128MB card. FOr 5MP and above, however, a 512MB+ card may be better suited.

The card is very reliable. I've been using it for 3 months+ and have taken 500+ photos on it. However, the speed at which the card writes the image is a bit too slow for my liking ( or maybe its the camera?). Next time i'm going in for a faster card , maybe from the Sandisk ULTRA II series....

I bought a Kodak Easyshare 4300 (3mpx) camera recently and found that it was short of memory. I ahd 16 mb with the camera which was not enough for more than 15 pictures at highest resolution.

But with card I can take around 240 pictures of highest resolution. Ofcourse one might wonder whether you would take so many pictures before you can download them.

If you go for a trip I doubt if you will have access to a computer. Even if you do you need to install teh software on that computer and download them. So if you are going for a skiing trip with your family and would like to capture every moment, you need atleast 128 mb. 128 mb is good but might fall short if you want to take small videos.

So I strongly recommend this card as there is not much difference in the price between 128 mb and 256 mb. Also if your digital camera has the facility of videos then this card is a MUST.

And ofcourse you might wonder if the prices might go down. But you should also count the invaluable moments you can capture and share immediately with all your family and friends. Also I dont think you will get a better deal than this for atleast 6 months. Dont miss the mail in rebate offer from amazon.com

I have two Sandisk 256MB CF cards, and I'm very happy with them. My oldest Sandisk 256MB CF card is about a year old. Between the two of them, I've taken several thousand pictures, and so far neither has given me any problems. My oldest card has proven its reliability in the combination of humid Scandinavian summer weather, a lot of hiking in southern Arizona's blasting heat, and some really cold Colorado winter weather. It has performed exceptionally well under all of these conditions.

Pros:

* Durable and exceptionally reliable Sandisk does without a doubt have the most reliable CF cards on the market.

* This card is due to its reliability and price, without a doubt the best value for money of any CF card on the market today.

Cons:

* Molasses in winter pretty much describes the speed of this card. Seriously though, tests show that unless you're transferring files to your computer via a USB 2.0 interface, the read/write speed between the camera and the CF card does not nearly exploit the potential of any good card. There might be a 20-30% difference between a fast and a slow card when it comes to in-camera read/writes.

This card is extremely reliable, and looking at reliability+price (you can get really good deals on this card) vs. speed, I'd say this is the best value for money of any CF card on the market today. I give it an unconditional 5 stars!!!

Dark Blue 360 Degree Rotating Leather Case Cover with Swivel Stand for Amazon Kindle Fire with Scre

Dark Blue 360 Degree Rotating Leather Case Cover with Swivel Stand for Amazon Kindle Fire with Screen Protector + StylusI've been using my cover for about 2 months. It works great! The kindle snaps easily into the base, the cover has a soft inside to protect the kindle glass. I usually hold my kindle in my hand, and the cover is comfortable for use like this. But if I'm at a table, etc, the slots that allow it to stand at an angle are very convenient. I haven't used the screen protector yet, but the stylus works fine great for using to type emails, etc. So glad the prices on these came down in the past 6 months...for the price, this style cannot be beat!

chose this rating because I expected to be able to actually use the Kindle while it's in the case. The cover is too flimsy and keeps falling when you put any pressure on it while using your Kindle----this is when I use it, being careful, and also it's worse for the 5 year old as I'm sure he isn't that careful. I was disappointed in the cover's use as a 'stand' for the Kindle but the price was okay and it's still works fine as just a cover.

NETGEAR ReadyNAS Ultra 6 (6-bay, diskless) Network Attached Storage, latest generation RNDU6000

NETGEAR ReadyNAS Ultra 6 Network Attached Storage, latest generation RNDU6000My use is probably pretty far out there I am hosting a dozen servers via iSCSI (using Citrix XenServer) for a test lab. We needed an inexpensive iSCSI device with decent capacity for a 7x24 lab.

Well, the Netgear NeadyNAS Ultra 6 delivers.

I purchased it about 3 months ago and it has been rock solid I started with 3 drives and added one more after a week and then another five in use now.

It may be a quiet unit in our datacenter there is so much fan noise from other equipment all I can is the Ultra can't be heard above other less-quiet boxes.

It runs cool, starts very quickly, and so far has had no hiccups with inexpensive Western Digital Cavaiar Black 1TB drives.

We don't use any of the Tivo or other options.

We do boot 4 XenServers (hypervisors) and load 12 virtual servers off of the shared storage on the ReadyNAS. We allowed the Netgear box to use its default storage configuration, a proprietary RAID architecture and no problems there. Adding the additional drivers worked just as advertised plug in the drive, and in about 24 hours (maybe less) the drive is a member of the RAID configuration.

Setup and connection with iSCSI was so flawless and easy we thought we were missing something. No, it's really "that easy". iSCSI allows server grade equipment to connect and use it as shared storage.

We were not expecting performance to challenge EMC or NetApp or Equallogic we wanted fast and cheap. However, the performance is "very good" with one caveat don't try to run a dozen servers *and* add a disk we found out during the period where the additional drive is joining the array you will probably (we did) drop connections. Let the NetGear do it's thing, then reboot the devices on the shared storage.

This is a very high quality prosumer device that will deliver excellent value for your bucks. Recommended.

I work daily with high end NAS devices including NetApp, EMC and others. As a professional in this field I would say that a $1400, twelve terabyte NAS device with all these protocols, replication capability, raid options, and add-ons is a deal you can't pass-up.

The ReadyNAS not only has support for CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, FTP, HTTP but it also allows you to install a boat load of other add-ons. Some of the add-ons I have installed from the add-on community so far include: Cacti (to monitor the systems and keep logs for a year), ReadyNAS Photos (nice photo sharing program), SSH shell (allows you to connect to the console and run unix commands), eXtplorer, and xplorer. There are tons of applications already made for this system however, being that this is running a Linux OS with MySQL, Perl and Apache already installed there isn't much you can't do with this puppy.

I am not saying you have to be a techy to use the ReadyNAS system, it really is simple out of the box. However I am saying if you are a techy you can really have at this little device.

p.s. Living in San Francisco I used the XRaid with two parity drives. Nice to have the extra safety option.

Buy NETGEAR ReadyNAS Ultra 6 (6-bay, diskless) Network Attached Storage, latest generation RNDU6000 Now

I bought this purely for use with my TiVos. This review of the Ultra 6 is from a use-with-TiVo point of view. It does have full Network Attached Storage capability for storing any and all of your other computer files, music, etc.

Unfortunately, as shipped, the software it came with (4.2.12) did not work well with TiVos. Neither did 4.2.13.

Netgear has listened, learned, and responded. Software version 4.2.14-T14 (T14 is beta version just released the week of this review) works VERY well with TiVos. All problems that I have experienced have been fixed, and some useful backdoor features added.

Thus, I can rate it at 4 stars, despite previous problems.

The TiVo function of the Ultra 6 will automatically transfer TiVo shows flagged as Keep Until I Delete (GREEN circle) from your TiVo(s) to the Ultra 6.

If it would transfer non-KUID-flagged shows (YELLOW circle) as well, I would rate it at 5 stars.

It will not transfer shows that have the copy protection flag set by the broadcaster.

On TiVo series 3 models, the transfer is slow, due to the series 3 TiVo hardware, not the Ultra 6. A 1 hour high def broadcast show (~6 GB) will take about 1 hour to transfer.

A series 4 Premiere TiVo will transfer much faster, due to changes inside the series 4 hardware compared to the series 3 hardware.

The Ultra 6 appears at the bottom of the TiVo Now Playing list. Select it to display the shows on the Ultra. Select a show and transfer it back to your TiVo to watch it.

With all six drive bays of the Ultra 6 filled with 2 TB drives in a RAID configuration that allows a single drive failure, you get 9 TB of space for your TiVo shows and any other files.

An amazing product! I initially convinced my wife to let me get a NAS drive in order to help backup our pictures and research document, data, etc. After doing a week's worth of solid research, I settled on the Ultra 6 for a couple of reasons.

XRaid-2: Great configurations and ability to hot-swap, with auto-expanding makes it easy to use without having to baby-sit the system to transfer data back and forth once it completes long-duration striping

6-Bays: This gives great options for expandability in the future as I get more data plus the ability for RAID6/XRaid-2 with Dual-Redundancy is definitely worth the extra bucks especially when considering future-proofing larger capacity drives that increase failure occurrances

Compatibility: A brief review of their HCL (Hardware compatibility list) showed a variety of companies, types, and devices from hardware and memory, to USB UPS and Wireless. And that's just the stuff they've tested with

With the device, I bought (just for financial reasons) only 3 drives, just enough to get redundancy going and start storing data. One note to keep in mind, you should get 4 from the start so that you can activate dual-redundancy. If you don't, you have to perform backup's and start from scratch to reactivate dual-redundancy with >= 4 drives (more on that in a bit)

*** This has been updated recently, and thanks to their on-going support, you can do a dual-redundancy activation even if you did not start with it! Another testament to their continued support for their devices! ***

After getting this device, I immediately started transferring data, setup the TIVO connections (which is still not a very reliable feature for auto-transfers, but still great for storage ** This too was updated and now works great! **), the remote access, and the picture hosting. All worked great.

Being a software developer in a past (and semi-current) life, I also found some information in the forums (A WONDROUS resource by the way) to help me set up a Subversion (SVN) Revision Control system. Getting that all set up was easy and straight-forward, and still easily configurable.

After a couple of weeks, it struck me that it would probably be a pain in a couple months when I wanted to add more drives and switch over to dual-redundancy and have to backup and restore everything ** NOTE above update **, so I bought a couple more drives. I have to say, I was expecting quite the pain in backing up and restoring the data, but the entire process of backing up, installing, and restoring my data (with all settings in place) took about 12 hours for about 100 Gb's of data. I had started with 3 500 gb drives and ended with 6, and process was smooth and easy.

This device definitely has my recommendation for programmers, media-enthusiasts, and even general users looking for some common-access, easy-to-install, protected media. Don't forget that this is not a sufficient single backup system, but it provides easy to use options for conducting backups on the data shares you create on the device (or elsewhere connected for that matter). Only a few months in, but between the built-in features, the ability for new features created by 3rd party programmers, and the forum assistance, ReadyNas Ultra's got my vote!

** As noted with updates above, I'm currently 1 year into this product and I'm still loving it. Support has been great, I have had 0 problems, and continued development on the firmware and free software available for it makes this a great-future-proof device. Initially, I was hoping to get 3 years out of it...best case. At this point, I can say with high confidence I'll easily make it 5-7 years without having to get another device...A couple extra bucks for higher capacity drives and I'm set :)

Want NETGEAR ReadyNAS Ultra 6 (6-bay, diskless) Network Attached Storage, latest generation RNDU6000 Discount?

Purchased the ReadyNAS Ultra 6 diskless device at the end of September 2010. Out of the box it was very easy to setup and configure. I already owned a ReadyNAS NV+ with 4 disks and thought I would go Netgear again. I was looking at the Drobo, but I thought the price was a little much for 5 disks.

In my home theater I am using a Playstation3 (PS3) for media streaming. The ReadyNAS Ultra was instantly visible to the PS3 and accessible. I moved over a large about of data and started enjoying the videos on the Sharp Aquos. The Ultra started out to be whisper quiet and hardly noticeable, but I ran into one issue. The device started to have a grinding noise coming from it that easily filled the house and became very concerning. I removed all disks, rebooted, restored the factory defaults and such with no success. I called tech support and after 2 hours on the phone, they agreed to replace the unit. The issue appears to be a fan that sounds like a radiation sensor. Apparently I'm the only person indicating this issue in the world. You can check out my recording at bit.ly/readynasfan courtesy of AudioBoo. This recording really helped to prove my issue via the iPhone4. I'm hopeful that the unit will be returned in the next two weeks so I can add to this review. Tech Support only pays for shipment back to you so after a $16 charge, it is off to the postal store.
