i-Blason Premium Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard Folding Folio Leather Case For Motorola Xoom 10.1 inch Tablet New in BoxLoved the case works well went sitting all over the house, and just folds right up when not needed Thanks.

This protective case fits my xoom perfectly! I don't always use the keyboard, but it works just fine. The case has a classy, high quality look to it.

The folio looks and feels cheap. The USB Port on the side was loose when we received it and when we tried to plug the cord in it was pushed further into the opening. The description stated that it was leather. It doesn't look, smell or feel like leather to me. I do like that it has a little handle for carrying it and that it does not have a kick stand in the back like many others do. The seller refunded our purchase right away, no questions asked since it was broken when we received it.

Hard Candy Cases Print Series Case for Kindle Fire, "O" (does not fit Kindle Fire HD)

Hard Candy Cases Print Series Case for Kindle Fire, 'O'I was looking for a stylish, yet protective case and decided on the "O" case by Hard Candy. The price was a little hard to swallow, at $40, but it's promise of style and protection was very tempting. Case arrived today and there isn't much to it. The 'rubber' is barely noticeable. I was hoping for a little more cushion for impact, and the hard case for durability. The rubber edge on the front *does* provide a buffer so that when you put it face down on a hard surface, the screen doesn't touch the surface.

Pro's:

Low profile, light weight very little added bulk

Easy to install just clicks in

All ports and speakers exposed for ease of use

Rubber edge protects screen when put face down

Stylish without being over the top

Con's:

Not as much rubber less impact absorption

Not a high-gloss finish as described

Green is more yellowish/neon

High Price Point

Mostly happy with my purchase so far. We'll see how it holds out.

The colors on the case are beautiful! Better than how it looks online. The case is great. For me, I think I should have gotten something that protects and covers the screen when I am not using it. Recently while traveling I was worried the screen might get bumped and scratched in my purse. Overall this is a really great case.

I gave this case as a gift to my daughter for her Kindle. She seemed pleased with it and it served its purpose.

This case makes your Kindle look really nice. It has a rubbery feel, so the Kindle doesn't slide in your hands. It fits super snug so it won't fall off. Full access to all ports. Great corner protection if you drop it, but no screen protection. Doesn't add bulk to the Kindle, which is already pretty heavy in my opinion.

Compaq iPAQ 216198-B21 Dual Slot PC Card Expansion Pack for 3600, 3700, 3800, 3900, 5400 series

Compaq iPAQ 216198-B21 Dual Slot PC Card Expansion Pack for 3600, 3700, 3800, 3900, 5400 seriesThis is a great expansion pack to own. Slide it on and "Tah ding" your connected and ready to go. I chose to go with this instead of the CF expansion pack because of the flexability of options. You can use 2 CF cards (with the use of CF card Adapters, it does come with 1), or 2 type II PC cards, or 1 CF card and 1 type II PC card, or 1 type III PC card. It also has a built in battery pack to extend how long you can use your iPAQ between charges. By the way if you have a charger for you iPAQ, which I'm sure you do, It will charge the battery in the pack at the same time you charge your iPAQ.

If you are looking for a compact expandable solution, this pack is "not" what your looking for. The straight truth is it's bulky. The pictures you see on the web make it look thin and are misleading. However if you don't mind the bulk I'm sure you'll reap the joys the flexibility of this unit will bring you.

The only reason I give this 4 stars out of 5 is I wish it had a screen cover built in so I could toss it in my bag when I'm on the go and not worry about anything buggering up the touch screen, or pausing the media player when I'm listening to MP3's.

I needed a replacement of my old dual CF sleeve. I wanted a dual slot because that serves my setup with one slot used for a CF-memory card holding lot of GPS maps. That was the only one I found (I realize this is long extinct hardware).

I was attracted by a dual slot , additional battery was an extra bonus.

This is a PC slot, so to be used with CF there should be an adapter. That did not scare me, because description clearly mentioned it is included in the shipment. It was not. To the fairness to the seller, they offered me to send an adapter. But the battery did not charge even after overnight charging. Again, I realize this is an equipment that probably was manufactured about a decade ago and battery just quietly died without initial use. But battery adds a lot of dimension (really) and at that point I did not want to have extra probably half of inch for the non functional piece. So altogether I returned it. Again, to the fairness to the seller they offered me to give a small credit, but you would be better off buying one CF slot sleeve without adapter and battery for about ten dollars. So I returned it. Two stars for the seller's efforts to work with me, none for the product.

JustCase Slim Apple iPad 2 Smart Cover Companion Compatible Back Case with Matching Color (Tan)

JustCase Slim Apple iPad 2 Smart Cover Companion Compatible Back Case with Matching ColorI bought this early as an iPad 3 case. Wasn't sure if it was going to fit, and it does but you can tell that the case wasn't quite made for the iPad 3. The fit is tight, and it doesn't quite "snap" in place like it did with the iPad 2.

I bought it for the sole purpose of an interim case before I decide on what I really want and since there aren't many new cases out for New iPad at the moment. It will serve as just that, and will go back to an iPad 2 case after I get a proper fitting case.

One thing I didn't realize about this case is that the speaker grill really reduces the sound coming out of the iPad (as opposed to a cover that doesn't have a grill over the speakers). So beware of that.

I knew the new iPad was 1mm thicker but I didn't think that would affect things THAT much. I bought my JustCase cover in advance also like Robert (another Reviewer who said his fit great), but when it arrived today I could NOT get the top left corner (near the headphone jack) to snap securely. It seemed to be literally just a hair too small, and regardless of what corner or side I slid in first, that top left corner would pop out once the iPad was in place. I got it to stay a couple times (seemingly) but you could see that the top left corner wasn't sitting securely, and it was sitting on the iPad like a loaded spring. They I tested it: I LIGHTLY tapped the case's corner at the trouble spot, and sure enough the case popped off at that corner. To be fair to Robert who stated his worked, there is a slight tolerance in almost all manufactured goods, especially those with soft material, so it very well could be that his was on the larger end of the tolerance measurement and that's why it fits. It almost gives me confidence to order a few of these and keep the one that works.

I SO wish this cover worked, it is VERY nice, I can't get over how great it feels (and they put in a screen protector in the package!). IF YOU ARE AN iPad 2 OWNER, GET THIS COVER. When it was in place, it worked very well with the Apple Black Leather Smart Cover.

For the record, I also ordered the i-UniK Slim Apple iPad 2 Case Barely There Smart Cover Compatible/Companion Skin Snap On Partner (Black), and it was cheapy plastic and did not fit AT ALL. I really really like the JustCase cover, I am hoping there will be a true iPad 3 (I know, it isn't called that) cover made by JustCase.

For iPad 2 owners, it is a 5 star case, I'm not deducting a star because it doesn't fit the iPad 3, that's not JustCase's fault. In fact, gripe time: with all of the accessories out there, there was NO WAY Apple could have kept the case size identical?? Oy...

UPDATE 3/17/2012, 12:30am MST: After posting this review, I wrote JustCase directly through their profile page here on Amazon and explained my experience with the iPad 3. They wrote back within three hours! And not just "thanks for letting us know", the CS rep actually wrote a long reply explaining the testing they've done. They've seen that 9 times out of 10 the case fits just like Robert (the previous reviewer) had stated. Therefore I'm going to order another one and see how it works. I'll be back with the outcome. I sure like this company, great product and great customer service.

UPDATE 3/22/2012: The second cover I ordered arrived yesterday, and lo and behold, it FITS. It's still snug and that top left corner isn't sitting completely flat and snug, but it's not popping off. In fact, I plucked it a couple times to try and get it to pop off like it was a loaded spring, and it stayed put. It even took a bit of effort to get it to come loose when I DID go to take it off. So the good news is that a few of you might get a "bad" one but the Customer Service from this company is so spot on that you'll have a quick replacement, and being the cover has such a nice feel, I say it's worth it. I found the best way to attach the cover is to slide the iPad3 in so the long vertical left side goes in first (iPad facing up at you). Then keep your thumb on that top left corner as you snap the right side in.

Enjoy!

This is the best iPad 2 back cover I have used. It fits very well, has all ports open, and they even dig out little holes for the speaker, much better than other back cases I have used. Most importantly, it works perfectly with the iPad 2 Smart Cover for front protection. Beautiful matte finish, very smooth and feels good to hold. I purchased one in black for myself and am going to buy another one as a gift for my daughter, but haven't decided which color to get her yet, actually I like all of the colors.

I love this product! Perfect companion to the Smart Cover. Fits the back of my iPad like a glove.

I originally received the wrong color case (black instead of clear). Before I had a chance to report it, Sabrina at JustCase contacted me to say that the company was already aware of the mistake, and she immediately sent me the correct case; without my even having to return the other case!

Great customer service ...great product! A MUST for your iPad2!

DYMO Label Manager LM260P label Printer, Black /Gray (1754490)

DYMO Label Manager LM260P label Printer, Black /GrayCustomer review from the Amazon Vine Program

I have been using a label machine since we opened our store three years ago. My label machine of choice back then was the Brother PT-1950 P-touch PC-Ready Labeler for Small Workgroups.

I was grateful to check out the Dymo Label Machine because there were some serious problems with my older machine. Here are the features I really like in the Dymo.

1) Rechargeable batteries included. No need to worry about the batteries, just plug in and keep charged, then when you are ready to go, grab the label machine and take it with you.

2) "Short" ends on the labels. The Brother left over an inch on either side of the labels, and wasted about 50% of the labels I made. Given the cost of the labels, this is a feature that is truly helpful.

3) The ability to easily save the label for re-use later.

4) The "sizing" feature on the Dymo. It is possible to designate a length of label, then ask the Dymo to print the label to that size. This is particularly nice for putting labels on Items I have canned.

5) The "fancy" outline capability on the labels (again, a nice feature for canned goods I enter in the fair). Nice counts.

6) The easy capability of making 2-line labels.

7) The ability to add symbols (Like $ % @) makes it very functional for a store or business.

8) The labels do come in clear, making the mirror image feature (a nice addition) practical for putting the label on the inside of a window or other glass and have it come through in the correct directions.

A couple of areas that disappointed me small, but I wanted to point them out.

A) You cannot use the Dymo Label Manager while it is plugged in. The adapter it uses is intended ONLY for charging the label machine. So you really DO need to keep those batteries charged for when you are using it.

B) It will take me awhile to get used to the Alphabetic keyboard ...

C) The Brother PT had an "automatic cut" feature, this one must be manually cut by pushing the button hard enough to clip through the label.

* Note the video is a bit blurry, but I wanted to post it anyway so that you could see some of the features. It's a VERY handy machine!

I've used this labelmaker for several weeks now and LOVE it, with one caveat: it's not qwerty.

It holds well in my hand, being neither too heavy nor too light. It runs on either batteries (Li-Ion replaceable battery) or AC power, and the battery recharges quickly. It uses the same DYMO label cassettes that other DYMO products use and the cassette is clearly labeled with color and size.

I can change the font (three choices) or the size of the font. I can print multiples of the same label. I can save the label to use later. The label can have multiple lines of print. I can italicize, bold, underline, put letters in a box. The labels are clean and crisp.

In short, it's a pretty amazing labelmaker! For me, though, it's supertough to find letters on the "keyboard" when it's it's in alphabetical order with an arbitrary seven letters on each line. I'm having a lot of trouble adjusting to that. Because of that one small thing, making a label is a bit time-consuming, and it seriously detracts from my enjoyment of this labelmaker.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I've never used a Dymo label maker before. So I gave the 260p a shot when it showed up on Vine.

Right off the bat, the 260P fits well in my palm, my right thumb resting naturally on the label cutting button. I'm left-handed, so it suits me fine to hold in the off-hand. For righties who also want to hold it off-handed, it's a tough more awkward to reach that cutter button. I use my middle finger. It isn't heavy at all, and both the label cassette and the battery compartment are easily accessible on the bottom, complete with studs so you can set it safely on a tabletop.

For all the buttons, it takes less than five minutes to figure it out. The format key has everything you need to set up the label, including a choice of a san serif, bold serif, and light serif font. All of the glyphs are accessed by their own key bindings. Numbers and letters have their own keys, accented characters are selected simply by activating the accent mode, and two-line typing is a simple as hitting "Return". Almost every option is just two key presses away, plus the directional pad to scroll through any lists. The commands are consistent, with dedicated "cancel" and "OK" buttons.

It offers plenty of sensible options. The memory accommodates up to nine labels, including all formatting. The unit itself is full of clip art and symbols and borders. You can print multiple copies, and there is a backwards text option in the format menu for putting transparent labels in windows or glass, or to reflect in mirrors.

A few problems. There is no "Shift" key. Just a "Caps" that you have to toggle back and forth. The keyboard is not Qwerty layout. I find the keys to be pretty stiff, and it can be easy not to register if you aren't paying attention. The up arrow of the D-pad seemed particularly numb to me.

Battery powered only, it's a portable option for running around the garage or bake sale. My complaint here is the same as other reviewers--the AC power adaptor cable only recharges the battery and does not provide power to the unit itself. The power pack itself is unique to the unit, loading a pair of not-very-common 14430 lithium ion cells inside, so once it goes bad you can't just pop over to your local store. The unit itself runs on 7.4 volts, so a future design couldn't just load up a couple of double AAs in its place; CR123s or a 9-volt battery might be good options. Of course, the unit itself might not last much longer than its current battery--we'll just have to see.

The unit uses standard Dymo label cassettes. It's not terribly noisy when it prints, though occasionally the glyphs don't always print completely. The text is also a bit pixilated, especially on curves and with the serif fonts, but the labels are very readable at 24 points from across the room, and they haven't picked up a lot of glare. I appreciate that the device leaves only about a half-inch margin of label on either side of the text, but I think it could do one better and trim it down to a quarter. I'm also unsure as to how long the labels will last before they peel away or fade.

All in all, it's been a handy little device so far. I haven't owned it long enough to call it reliable, but based on its features, it's recommended.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This label printer works well, and is a great deal for the price.

There are a few issues that bother me though.

1) The keyboard is laid out A-Z instead of in a normal QWERTY layout. This makes it difficult to type quickly. It works, and you are not typing a novel on it, but it does take some getting used to.

2) The rechargeable batteries. Both a good idea and a bad one. I love that I'm not constantly spending money on AA batteries. However, the charging cable looks like 5 others I have around the house for various gadgets. It would be nice if they used normal AAs, and I could buy my own rechargable batteries.

3) The replacement tape is pricey, but so are Brother label tapes.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Label makers have sure come a long way from the ones I remember years ago. I had a great time playing around with this and learning how to use it. I just took a quick glance at the manual that it came with and had no trouble at all figuring out all the features. What I liked the most were the fun borders you can put around your labels, such as making the label into a text bubble, a little scroll like an official announcement, a border with a flower on each side, etc. There is lots of clip art you can add to the labels too, which make them a lot of fun. There are all different shapes hearts, thumbs up and down, flowers, you name it and it's probably there. It was very easy to change the font style and size, and very easy to add numbers and punctuation. One feature I really love is that you can save your labels in case you want to print the same one over again. There is a little cutting blade on the side of the label maker and all you have to do is push the button and it's cut. The only problem I had is the layout of the keyboard it's not like our cellphones are, but in the order of the alphabet. I had a terrible time typing even the simplest words! That's really minor though, compared to everything else. The size of the unit is nice too. It fits nicely in one hand and will be very easy to store in a drawer.

The labels themselves are really nice and sturdy (I'm not sure what material they are, but kind of a light plastic) and very easy to remove from the backing. The label maker comes with a 10 foot starter cassette, which was super easy to install. I checked and Amazon has several varieties of labels for this machine and the price is very reasonable.

If you need a label maker, I would look no further than this. I think it would be perfect for either the home or the office.

Seems to be good protectors. A little bit of a pain to install straight though but if you use the finger tip protectors you will not get prints on the underside while installing and can readjust as you go. Also came with a small plastic card to work the bubbles out as you go. I would recommend working fast and in as clean calm room as possible since the underside does attract lint etc.

Toshiba e330 Pocket PC Handheld

Toshiba e330 Pocket PC HandheldOver the past two years, I've used iPAQs, Jornadas, and most recently the Audiovox Maestro Pocket PC. The Toshiba e330 outperforms them all as far as I'm concerned.

First, the e330 is small, thin, and ultra light. It has the same form-factor as the e310, but with some noteworthy enhancements. Most notably, the e330 has the new 300MHz XScale Processor from Intel. Although the individual programs don't seem much affected by the increased speed, when you're using multiple programs, you can really tell a difference in performance. The e330 also has 64MB of RAM, giving you more room for programs, games, files, etc. The scroll-wheel on the upper left-hand side of the unit makes flipping through web pages and eBooks a one-handed affair. Last, but certainly not least, the e330 has the MediaQ video chip. This not only makes on-screen animation less jerky, but also makes writing on the screen appear without a lag.

I highly recommend the e330 Pocket PC from Toshiba. Five stars without question.

I absolutely love this Toshiba Pocket PC. I had been a Compaq IPAQ user over the past 2 years since dumping the Palm OS and thought I would be an IPAQ user forever. That is until I first saw the new Toshiba e330.

My Toshiba Pocket PC e330 has the latest Intel XScale processor running at 300MHz with 64MB of RAM, Pocket PC 2002 OS and the familiar tools like Word, Excel, Outlook and Media Player. The device also has a built-in Secure Digital (SD) media slot for additional storage space. I've used my SD card to backup my PDA as well as a holding place for my MP3. The built in Media Player makes this a great portable MP3 player.

This PDA is fast and I typically amaze people by playing full-screen video on the beautiful color screen. And the best part of the device is its incredibly thin profile and lightweight. It easily fits in your pocket and it just a great device. I highly recommend this PDA for anyone looking for an entry level device Pocket PC device as the price keeps on dropping.

I bought this unit about 2 years ago and love the features it has. Unfortunately some days the battery and the unit works fine, the next day it loses the entire battery and the unit is completely dead with no data left. Basically on good days the unit uses about 10% battery life, on bad days the entire battery will go all at once.

Further research has shown all the Toshiba PDA's suffer from the same problem. Never will I buy one from Toshiba again.

I bought the e330 and about 25 days later, the unit refused to turn on. The battery had been FULLY charged. I had noticed the unit started to shutdown by itself a few days prior. Eventually it just refused to turn on. I had babied the e330 since day one and tried to give PDAs a chance, but I went back to a notepad and pen. It only cost me $1 max.

The e330 did offer decent screen quality, fast operating speed, and worked fairly well limited as it may be. It played videos very nicely but I wasn't too happy with this power-on failure.

Want Toshiba e330 Pocket PC Handheld Discount?

It isn't the latest and greatest, but you get good value for your money. If you can live without WiFi and Bluetooth this is the way to go. The battery life is enough for about six hours of hard use. There are a few recommendations that I have, upgrade to ActiveSync 3.7 and do a soft reset before syncing. Also, get a 256M SD card for backups and possibly music. If you're into music headphones are a must and download a copy WinamPAQ, which is a freeware WinAmp for pocket PC. For software development either get Visual Studio .Net ($), eMbedded Visual Basic (free) or eMbedded Visual C++ (free). SQL Server CE is also available for free.

PalmOne Universal Essentials Kit (P10959U)

PalmOne Universal Essentials KitAfter reading so many negative reviews for the Tungsten E hard case, I began looking for other options. My search led me to this accessory pack, which does a decent job at a very affordable price.

The case is semi-rigid ballistic nylon with a nice quality zipper enclosure on three sides. My guess is that it would keep its contents safe from moderate shocks or compression (both flat and on the corners). It's also attractive in a low-profile sort of way. On the inside, there are slots for a few credit cards or ID badges as well as two smaller ones for Palm expansion cards. The only two drawbacks are that the case doesn't lie flat portfolio-style when opened (this may ease up with age) and the only method of securing your Palm to the case is an enclosed Velcro sticker. I've never been a fan of attaching sticky items onto electronics, although the case of my Tungsten E is so ugly I may break my policy.

The multi-function pen is not exactly as pictured it's much bigger than I expected and unfortunately too big to fit in the case. However, there's a lot of functionality in there: a black pen, a pink (!) highlighter, a mechanical pencil and a Palm Stylus. It's lightweight but almost to the point of feeling cheap and it rattles when you write with it. Plus, the method of selecting which point pops out is a little cumbersome and it's probably only a matter of time before I write on my Palm with highlighter. The packaging includes instructions for replacing the ink and pencil, so at least it promises life beyond the initial cartridges.

Finally, the screen protectors are just that. They work that's about all you can say. I expect that they'll keep me from freaking out when I inevitably highlight on my screen.

So, while the solutions are far from perfect, you'd be hard-pressed to find a package so all-encompassing or budget-conscious. A must-have for a new Palm user, student, etc.

I returned the Palm, so never used it. The items in the kit looked well made.

Want rooCASE Super Bubble Neoprene Sleeve Case for Acer AC700 Chromebook 11.6-Inch Laptop (Black / Orang Discount?

...for my Acer Chromebook. I wanted to use a nice leather messenger bag as my laptop bag, but it didn't have the built-it laptop sleeve that most messenger bags come with these days. This sleeve is great. It's slim and slides into my bag easily and because is zips completely closed, it keeps out the gunk that tends to collect in the bottom of my messenger. The front accessory pocket it pretty small, but the neoprene stretches a lot and I can fit my charger and have room for a small wireless mouse.

BlackBerry 8300 Curve Phone Wrap Magenta

BlackBerry 8300 Curve Phone Wrap MagentaI like the product. i was delivered quickly which was a plus. but in reality had i know about how crappy silicone cases are i wouldnt have bought 3 in different colors and then had to buy a hard case. I like to keep my phone in my pocket and with the silicone thats not possible. other then that it is a good purchase if your not like me that carry phone in pocket.

This silicone skin fits my Curve like a glove and all of the cuts are precise! I chose magenta, and it really is magenta. I feared that it would be pink or too light, but it is a perfect color.

Accessory One packaged and shipped the skin immediately, and even with the Christmas rush I received it 5 days after placing the order using standard shipping.

Great Blackberry skin for a great price!

The feel of them cannot be compared. They have kept my Blackberry Curve in mint condition. I love them all and have many colors. I strongly recommend trying these, at this price you would be silly not too.

This is just a basic silicone cover. It fits the Blackberry Curve very well, and the color of it is pretty. The color in person is much more of a bright pink than it is in the photo.

It seems thick enough to protect the blackberry a bit against minor falls and scratches, while not adding a substantial amount of bulk to the phone like some other covers. The texture of the silicone makes the phone easier to grip.

For the price, I am very pleased with this product. No complaints.

Good product. I love that you can put it down anywhere in the car and have it stay in place. The only downfall is that the case does not always stay on properly making it tricky to put in your pocket. The color is striking. I prefer a softer look but it is fun.

Keyspan by Tripp Lite PR-US2 Presentation Remote Wireless w Laser, Mouse

Keyspan by Tripp Lite PR-US2 Presentation Remote Wireless w Laser, MouseI bought this remote to make PowerPoint presentations and I have to say I am pretty satisfied with the purchase. It does what it claims, installation was painless, just insert the transmitter into USB port and WinXP can recognize the device. I haven't tested the maximum operating distance, but I never experienced a problem with the laptop not responding to my actions. Just a couple things I would like to mention that I feel need improvement.

First, it's difficult to turn on the laser pointer. You need to press one button and then hold two buttons together and wait for 10 seconds. And the same you would like to turn it off. I cannot really understand if such complexity is really necessary.

Second, the battery used is the round flat one, like the one in the watches, just bigger. You can find it online, but not in the convenience store. I would rather them use a standard one.

Otherwise, I think for the money that is the best you can do. Comparable Logitech model is probably better, but costs $100 more at the time of this review.

I do presentations all the time. Tired of my old remote, I bought one of each of the major brands to compare them: Interlink, Atek, Logitech, Gyro, ...

By far this is my favorite remote. The key features are

1. Size: small enough to fit easily in your pocket

2. Built in laser pointer

3. Mouse controls: thumb pad, plus 2 buttons

4. Scroll wheel.

The last feature -the scroll wheel -is hard to find in many remotes. I really like using the scroll wheel to flip rapidly through a presentation. That feature sets this remote apart for me.

All in all, a very nice product for a very reasonable price.

I've tried a number of remotes, some of which are more expensive. This one has worked the best for me. For a point of reference, the last one I used (and returned) was the Logitech Multimedia Presenter w/ trackball; unconventional start procedure and sloooooowwwww trackball that didn't move all that freely.

Anyway, back to the point(er). I think the Keyspan is laid out quite well. Advancing slides can be done using either the wheel or the advance button. The mouse is very responsive w/ good speed and has an automatic slow-down next to buttons (nice for those w/o much dexterity or new to the one-finger operation).

The laser wasn't as tough for me as some of the other reviewers. Just depress one button while depressing another one for 3-4 seconds and voila. The laser option is kinda moot for me though since using a laser on something like a powerpoint presentation will generally not yield good results anyway; the laser will always get overpowered by the slide. If you use a laser on something like a big powerpoint on a screen, you can imagine just how ineffective it would be. That is why I use the mouse pointer when highlighting things I'm talking about on a particular slide. And that is why the nice speed and responsiveness of the mouse pad is a plus.

Bottom line: No complaints from me, has worked like a charm so far, and is a good buy imo.

UPDATE: The remote continues to work w/o problems. Used it for the entire school year (teach at a university and use powerpoint incessantly). The only add-on that you might want to get is an extension for the receiver if line-of-sight is an issue; I suggest a retractable cord so that you can stay as portable as possible. Besides that, the remote itself has proven to be solidly constructed and has held up quite well.

UPDATE #2: A couple years later and things are still hunky-dory w/ the remote. Works like a charm. Use it about 10 hours a week, so got some good mileage on it, and still everything is just fine. If you do get one, I still would suggest a USB extension cord; easier to hook up to a computer, especially if the port is on the back or it's one of those tight ones at an angle and you might want to use the other usb port (like on many of the Dell's).

UPDATE #3: Well, we're now looking at nearly 5 years since I wrote my initial review. Nothing has changed. This thing is still working lights out and hasn't given me any problems. I still look at new stuff out there (gadget guy), but still nothing compares yet. Even bought a Swiss Gear one 'cause it was dirt cheap and had the dongle that fit into the remote when not in use. But, couldn't compare. This thing is one of those 'classic' input devices that you'll keep forever if you try it (kinda like the logitech trackman wheel is for me as a mouse).

I've given up using this product because it is just not consistent enough. It will work well for short periods, but then I have to click the button repeatedly for a slide to move forward. Sometimes only every third click will work, which is very annoying when you are standing in front of an audience and talking about what is about to appear. This has happened in several talks, so I doubt it is anything to do with RF fields in particular environments. Obviously, the product is not designed with a high-reliability wireless protocol.

Other problems are the complex method for turning on the laser pointer, the rather low brightness of the laser pointer, and the non-standard choice of battery. Some things are very nice, such as the small travel size and weight and the fact that absolutely no setup is required (one of the only true plug-and-play products I've seen). Its too bad that this was taken to market without getting all the details right.

I first heard about this product from another instructor at the school that I work at. After trying it once, I immediately went out and bought it.

I used it for one semester and experienced some of the same problems that others have; draining the battery in the carrying case and difficulty with the laser pointer. Now, after only one semester (16 weeks) the back button on the front and side is not working at all.

I sent an e-mail to Keyspan, but have yet to hear a response. If this is the type of service and performance we can expect from them, then who is their competitor? My initial thought was to buy another one, but I don't want to give money to a company that isn't going to back up their product.

I love the product and the idea, it was great when it worked, but I don't think that I will be buying any future Keyspan products because of the lack of customer support and the short life span of a workable product.

rooCASE Executive Portfolio (Black) Leather Case Cover with Landscape / Portrait View for Acer Icon

rooCASE Executive Portfolio Leather Case Cover with Landscape / Portrait View for Acer Iconia Tab A500 A501 10.1-Inch Android Tablet Wi-FiI ordered this case for my boyfriend's Acer tablet, for his birthday. Shipping was relatively fast, and the case is awesome. It's really the best case out there right now for the Acer tablet. The velcro on the back of the case that fits around the tablet is a bit rough, since it's not the "soft" part of the velcro, but given the design of the case, it makes sense to have it that way. Overall a great case, and it's classy enough to use for business if need be.

great craftmanship, materials are really nice. very sturdy feel. zipper pulls are really high quality. the kick-out stand has an internal magnet that keeps it in place. it's a bit pricey, but if you're looking for something that will definitely last a long time and will remain functional and aesthetically pleasing, this is the one. i'm very happy with this purchase.

I just got this rooCase from the UPS guy, This is very top notch....I love it already, I first purchased the Acer OEM Case and I returned it because it did not keep my Iconia A500 in place very well. The construction on this rooCase is very nice, I really like the way it looks and it reminds me of my leather day planner, It has a strong sturdy feel that is a plus for me. I also like the fact that the stand has a magnet to keep it in place. If you want a really nice case for your money, Do your Acer Iconia A500 a favor and buy this.

The RooCASE portfolio for the Iconia Tablet is by far the best I've seen, I tried several portfolios. The first was portfolio I tried was the Targus Iconia tab portfolio, it was constructed poorly and broke the corner place holder when I first tried putting the tablet on in, returned that. The second was the Solo generic holder this worked ok but the combination of rubber corner straps and cloth corner straps would block several of the ports and it did not hold the tablet in place well so I returned that. Finally I found the roocase on amazon and ordered it. Beautiful black leather folio and the sleeve is custom made for the Iconia and id detachable. So you can carry the device in the folio but remove it when at the office or home.

The only con I have is that the folio by itself is a little heavy so I wont rate it at 5 stars.

Want rooCASE Executive Portfolio (Black) Leather Case Cover with Landscape / Portrait View for Acer Icon Discount?

This case for the Acer Iconia A500 is very nicely made. It is real leather, which is precisely what I wanted, and it is a harder style leather so it is more protective than many leather cases. It holds the tablet and the stylus I purchased very snuggly and I really like that it has the removable sleeve. About the only negative would be that there is absolutely no extra room in there for anything else, but it doesn't advertise that it would have so it is just as promised.

PDair Leather Case for Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket SGH-i727 - Book Type (Black)

PDair Leather Case for Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket SGH-i727 - Book Typethis product is okay. the fake leather has an awful smell that's overpowering. the clip is bulky which makes the rest of it pretty bulky. the idea is good but the execution not so much. the worst part is that apparently this product shipped directly from hong kong and took like a month for me to get it. i would return it but sending a product back to hong kong isn't worth it.

i ordered this case for my husband's phone. It fit the phone great, but after about 2 weeks of him using the case the belt clip broke and he has not used it since b/c he choose this case for the belt clip.

Unfortunately we're not getting the desired charge out of this battery...If we're taking a trip we "need" the vehicle charger in place. With the GPS on it'll drain the battery in an hour or so. Regular talk time is not much better...any usage will drain this within three hours or so.

rooCASE (Med EVA Dark Blue) Hard Shell Case with Memory Foam for Western Digital My Passport Essent

rooCASE Hard Shell Case with Memory Foam for Western Digital My Passport Essential SE 1 TB Portable Hard Drive WDBABM0010BBK-NESN Midnight BlackThis is a great little case and I hate to give it a 4. Shipping was timely. My only issue with it is that I was looking for a case for the 2 TB Passport Studio. I am certain that this came up in my search on Amazon, and I ordered it, because it was a HARD case... not a soft one like the others offered. Granted, the description is quite clear that it is for the 1 SE TB , so I don't know how I made that mistake.

I will use it for something else, but I wish they made one like this for the 2TB My Passport Studio.

rooCASE (Black) Leather Case Cover with stand for Motorola Xoom 2 8.2-Inch Edition Tablet

rooCASE Leather Case Cover with stand for Motorola Xoom 2 8.2-Inch Edition TabletI bought this case for a 8" NextBook tablet. According to Amazon search it would fit.

Height wise it was fine but it was a bit too short in the width by at least 1/4 inch.

This is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars.

I do plan to return it for exchange.

I would love any recommendations for a case.

The tablet is a "Nextbook Premium 8se.

I also purchased this case in the 10" iPad size.

I LOVE it!! Got it in bright green so that I can find it easily!

It makes me smile every time I look at it!
