Nintendo DSi - Orange

Nintendo DSi - OrangeMy 10 year old daughter has wanted an orange dsi for awhile. We surprised her for her birthday. She likes the fact that she has a color that most others don't have. Also, I asked the seller that we receive the dsi before my daughter's birthday. They sent me an email right away and shipped it so we would receive it on time. We are totally satisfied!

I dislike the screen it was just completely scratched and the system had information still one it. It should had been erase. Also it was missing a stick and it had the wrong game. but all have been said it price was reasonable.

GE SmartSecurity Remote Touchpad (GEWSECTPD2)

GE SmartSecurity Remote TouchpadIt was easy to install, once I reviewed my alarm system installation docs along with the instructions on the remote touchpad. Comes very handy if you cannot place your alarm panel next to your exit door, or if you have multiple exits from your house. Just attached it with velkro on the door, so it doesn't get lost. Even though it is not listed as such, it seems compatible with my Simon 2, and it was more affordable than the other options.

BoxWave European to American Outlet Plug Adapter

BoxWave European to American Outlet Plug AdapterThis product worked great. It wasn't like other adapters which easily slip off or don't grip to the plug. The item shipped quickly and arrived sooner than estimated.

It is definitely cheaper than the other option $10 at Radio Shack. Does the job well.

Cons Quality is not very good. The female end has metal clips inside which may Since I am using it with one charger only, I think it should last. Also, the plug pins are not polarized. Make sure that is OK for your use.

Nothing much else to say; it works great. It doesn't have a built-in camera or bluetooth, but then again it's only an adapter.

iPhone5 Soft TPU Bumper (White Grey Frame)

iPhone5 Soft TPU BumperI ordered this item from Amazon thru Genuine Sales Company on October 2nd and was promptly delivered on the 4th!!! Free and fast shipping. The bumper is very nice and fits snuggly on my white iPhone 5. It has metal buttons and the charger and speakers openings are perfectly cut.

It also matches the phone's white and silver tones with its grey and white colors. I am very impressed with the quality, fit and the great price of $8.90. The good and fast service blew me away:-)

Lightweight, does what it is supposed to do... my cell phone is happy now because it won't get scratched when I drop it!

Great value, basically identical (in every way) to the bumper Apple sells for the iphone 4. Only issues are some very small cosmetic flaws on white plastic parts (small dents & scuffs) but to be expected for the price point.

Handspring USB Docking Cradle (Clear) for Visor Neo

Handspring USB Docking Cradle for Visor NeoSmall enough to stay out of the way on my desk at work (Which I share) and works well. no problems so far.

This is a great idea for those who like to Hotsync their info in more than one location. I bought one of these to use at work so that I could enter all work-related calendar issues and sync right there on the spot. Be aware that this will work with a regular Handspring Visor (not just the Neo, as the description claims) so feel free to grab several of these!

Compaq H3835 iPAQ Color Pocket PC

Compaq H3835 iPAQ Color Pocket PCPurchased the Compaq iPaq about 3 weeks ago and all I can say is WOW! I used the newer HP Jornada for about a week and there is no comparison. The screen on the Compaq 3835 is by far more brighter and exact. I am able to move around through the software more easily on the Compaq too. I find Word and Excel a plus. My favorite feature is being able to sync my Compaq in the morning and have news and other items downloaded in less than a minute. The battery life on this unit is more than sufficient. Complaints? None, zero, nada!!! Well worth the money.

Make no mistake, this is no data organizer. My Ipaq is my third computer. I synch with my work and home computers, load, show and distribute PowerPoint presentations, create and edit Word, Excel AND MS Access files (where the bulk of my work is.) With the right software (and there are many out there, a lot even free!) and a little trial and error for the right fit, all this is pretty seemless and doesn't require any real "converting" back and forth to something else to make it all work, like the Palm OS. I also pop the Compact Flash cards right out of my digital camera into my Ipaq, do a little editing if needed and show off the photos in nice slide shows. Using a Socket Phone Card, I plug right into my Audiovox digital web enabled phone and surf the web (any web site not clips) and get my email on Outlook anywhere I want. For long car trips, we watch full length videos (To Kill a Mockingbird and others are included in the extras CD from Microsoft). Note: The additional hotsynch cable, CF Expansion Sleeve, a few extra CF Cards (big ones for video and images, etc., storeage) Socket Phone Card and Car Charger ARE MUST HAVES. Oh yes, I can also organize contacts and calendar items like a Palm.

I was a Palm user ever since the original Palm Pilot about 5 years ago. I never thought that anything could pry me from my beloved Palm Vx...until this latest generation of Compaq Ipaqs. Now, I'll never go back!

I have over 1,000 contacts in MS Outlook, plus loads of appointments and tasks and everything converted seamlessly to the Ipaq. (But make a backup just in case as it is not wise to tempt fate.)

I am thrilled that I finally have true MS Office integration with my PDA including automatic synchronizing of files. Of course the Pocket PC is not all work and no play: I read ebooks on it, play mpeg videos, and listen to music and audio books. It can even read my email to me while I am driving!

Compaq bundles a LOT of software with the Ipaq 3835 (the only difference between the 3835 and the 3850 is that the 3835 comes with Peacemaker which allows you to beam via infrared to other PDAs including those using the Palm OS). However, the Compaq version of Dashboard totally crashed my Ipaq and I had to do a hard reset (yes, I do believe in backing up!). A corrected version of Dashboard is now available, but I've decided I don't really need it. BTW, the installation disk comes with a full version of MS Outlook 2002 as it is strongly suggested that you should have the upgrade installed on the PC you syn your Pocket PC to.

If you aren't certain about which Pocket PC to get, just keep in mind that the Ipaq's StrongARM processer is considered the standard most software is written for it. I've seen lots of software that works ONLY with the Ipaq...

I recently upgraded from my old H3635 iPAQ to the new H3835 and let me tell you it's WELL worth the cash! Compaq has completely redesigned and improved an already awesome Pocket PC. Now with 65K colors as opposed to 4K, the color depth can really be seen in jpegs, and games and even the new 3D icons. By moving the speaker to the top of the unit, the new PCS/Cell phone sleeves/software allow you to convert your iPAQ to a phone! The stylus problem has been corrected, as has the multiple button press issue! (Great news for gamers) Buttons are now etched with graphics instead of the older "flake-off" paint! Microsofts new 2002 O/S is wonderful, complete with Voice Commands. [You'll need the extra standard memory (64MB RAM, 32K ROM) for the new O/S. If you try to upgrade your older iPAQ unit, you'll lose several components since the new Windows Pocket PC2002 O/S will spill over the 16K ROM on the older units and use precious RAM space too!] The additional SD slot in the top of the unit is also well welcomed! If I have to find a single negative thing, I would say I am disappointed that older cradles from the 3600 series will not work with the new 3800's. The AC power port is gone from the new model, as is the dreaded On/Off switch, so unfortunately, this means that if you've bought an extra cradle and you're upgrading, you'll need to buy another again. Good news though, the newer ones are both Serial & USB! All sleeves and expansion packs you've bought ARE compatable! Get one on Amazon.com today, you'll be glad you did!

Look, I did hours and hours of research. I could write a publishable paper on the various features of PDAs so let me assure you if you're considering this product it is a pretty safe bet compared to it's peers. That also includes hours of reading consumer reviews. If you are looking for a product with Microsoft Office software, then this is the one you MUST buy. Dell has serious customer service issues and the Toshibas just didn't rank as high on quality and reliability. Spend the extra $$ and get the Ipaq. You will pat yourself on the back later.

What's great about this little gizmo is that you can download all of your Microsoft files in a heartbeat. It is a high quality computer. You can spend a little more and get higher meg and such but now you're just buying a whole new system aren't you? If you want a high quality PDA then this is the one you should buy. It has every feature imaginable (or obtainable) boasts of a high battery life and the graffiti feature is brilliant. If you've read something about a vulnerable screen, don't worry. Ipaq now boasts of a hinged case to protect the screen. This looks awesome and is awesome. So far, I have been really pleased.

PalmOne V Stylus (3-Pack)

PalmOne V StylusI bought these babies the same day that i bought my Vx. I thought that it would have been a good investment counsidering how small the styli are. Considering my penchant for misplacing things, particularly pens, i thought i should go ahead and get them. For some strange reason, I've only lost one in 6 months and that was the one that came with the unit. In that aspect one pack of these replacement stylus should last you a while.

However if you can get other replacement styli that can fit the silo i suggest you go that way. The replacement styli dont seem to fit the silo as well as the original one. It doesnt fit right. After a little investigation i found that the plastic tip (the part that can unscrew) is slightly larger in circumference then the original stylus. Thats why it seems a little tight when you take the it out and put it back. Why this is, i have no clue but it's really annoying.

For anything else you can get these babies to preserve the continuity of the unit, otherwise i recommend you find another replacement stylus that can fit the silo.

Personally though i dont use the stylus. I recommend you go get one of those multi-pens that have a stylus, pen and pencil all in one. All serious Palm users use one of these instruments simply because any type of prolong use of the stock stylus will certainly give you cramps, at the very least. Its like writing with a toothpick. If you anticipate that your going to be scribling on your palm a lot go get a multipen. Cross makes a good one, Lamy and Rotring also makes excellent multipens. Personally i use a Rotring black matte Trio-pen. It carries a blue pen, stylus and pencil. Its a great size, weight and looks incredibly cool.

Again if you anticipate scribling alot on your palm, i strongly recommend getting a multi-pen. However if you dont think you will be the stock stylus will suffice.

Your Palm V probably came with two -one metal with plastic ends and a hidden pin to reset your palm, and one all plastic. These are exact replacements for the metal stylus that came with your Palm. That's about it!

For the price it seemed like a good idea to have them around just in case. You can also keep a spare in each car, or whatever.

Buy PalmOne V Stylus (3-Pack) Now

Although the replacement pack seems quite reasonable i did find that they dont fit into the silo as easy as the original one. Im not sure why this is the case but for some strange reason it doesnt fit comfortably. But even if it did, i dont recommend getting it. If your serious about being a PDA user, i recommend getting a multipen with a stylus tip. Those work much much better

Read Best Reviews of PalmOne V Stylus (3-Pack) Here

This stylus's tip seems to be of a harder plastic than that of the Palm III's (the one with a silver metal body and grey plastic ends). Having just switched from III to V, the difference was dramatic. I have spares of the III type at my desk -it's quicker to just grab that than pull the Palm's one out, and I won't forget to put it back.

I'm afraid of wearing down my Palm's sensor surface, so am shopping for a "softer" stylus for the V. (The V's are a touch slimmer, so my spare stylii won't fit its holder.)

Want PalmOne V Stylus (3-Pack) Discount?

The styli are of sufficient quality for me to be satisfied with them (= they work), but I have two complaints about this product :

The product is said to be "same as stylus provided with product" and a "genuine Palm quality product". It is neither. These styli do not fit the silo perfectly and the screws at the top and bottom are badly made, in contrast to the perfect screws and silo fitting of those that were provided with the product.

The price is excessive. Why should a simple piece of mass produced plastic cost over three U.S.$s, especially considering the mediocre quality of the product ?

For HTC Droid Eris 6200 Silicone Case Rubber Skin BlueI know what you're thinkin'.. that's one bright case. Well when I received mine, it wasn't near that electric, which is probably for the better. The case fits snuggly, but the sides seem to be a be flimsy. I've dropped it a few times and the phone still works.. so i guess that means the case does what it's suppose to do. The color is more of a darker greener blue.

The case didn't look like the picture but it fit good, and protects the phone which is the important factor here.

PalmOne Zire 71 Handheld

PalmOne Zire 71 HandheldI Fried (Power Surge) my handspring Visor over the weekend and went to BestBuy with my "Service Protection Plan" They gave me full credit towards a new device ($...). I had to upgrade. My choice was between the Clie and the Zire ($... extra). The Zire won hands down. It's speed is fantastic, those of you who have older 33MHz chips will notice. The Colors are rich and bright and the interface is easy to use. Graffiti2 takes a little getting use to but it is easily mastered. The camera is just a neat addition, I mean it's not designed for professional photography. Thats what a 5megapixel digital camera is for. But it's great for taking little memory shots and having pictures of your kids available. And the device itself looks good too.

I do agree 16megs is a bit chincey esp when only 13megs is available for application usage. My biggest gripe is the carrying case. The Elastic is so tight that it sets off the joystick every time I insert it. I miss the hard plastic cover from my handspring. Palm could have given better protection than that. That's why it gets only 4 stars.

Anyone looking for an up grade from their old PDA would do well to steer in the direction PALM has taken. Top of the line device, though you may want to get a hard shell case to protect it.

Despite Sony's slick Clies banging on their hood, Palm has not exactly been known to be very friendly in the bargain department. The Zire I at its low pricetag was an initiate's machine in the Low-Cost-Low-Features bracket. Surprise surprise -the Zire II, er, Zire 71 not only packs a full punch at 300 US$ but also ups the ante on multimedia handhelds!

THINGS TO NOTE:

1. Comes (finally) with OS 5.2 and its sharp fonts + cool icons/themes.

2. Sleek glossy blue skin

3. A light 5.3 ounces in weight

4. A 320x320 screen sporting 65,000 colors screen

5. An awesome VGA (640x480) digicam, but be prepared for a 1-2 second

delay in shutter click. To its credit though the viewfinder software appears very quickly.

6. A revamped PalmDesktop with a conveniently integrated photo-management module, which makes it a snap not only to load pictures onto your handheld, but also to view, organize, and even e-mail those you've taken with it. Also includes basic image-editing features like cropping, rotating, and red-eye reduction.

7. And the AudiblePlayer that enables you to listen to the huge library of spoken-word content from Audible.com

8. A better handwriting recognizing software Graffiti 2

9. A joystick type navigation "nipplehead"

10. Out of the box MP3 support (RealOne Mobile Player)

11. Above all, a snazzy "Kinoma Producer" software to produce movies specifically for your handheld, in 4 easy steps

CAVEATS:

1. No bluetooth (not that I'd need or use it but would have been cool. HP 5455 has both WiFi and BT!)

2. No With all this multimedia doohickey, a voice recorder wasn't much to throw in

3. Only a 16 MB of ram, kinda low for a device with this target market

4. Lack of a good screen cover

5. Digicam pics may be a little slow to save to memory

IN SUMMARY:

Despite the few minor grouses, a great offering from the Palm camp for entertainment junkies packing in mp3 player, audible player, movie player, camera and an Clie/iPaq type screen. May not be a great reason to upgrade if you already have a PDA, but if you are in the market for a new one, this is a superb buy.

Buy PalmOne Zire 71 Handheld Now

Just bought this Palm for a significant person in my life. Had the opportunity to prep it. The bright color screen is beautiful, and using the built-in camera can't get any easier. The screen feels a little slippery, and Graffiti 2, which still requires you to memorize some weird shorthands, takes some getting used to for people new to Graffiti and also old-time Palm users.

Overall I'm still impressed with Palm's simplicity and speed. And I appreciate the ability to sync with Outlook, using an included third-party app.

But I'm very disappointed in the way Palm implements multimedia functions. In this area, the Pocket PC is way simpler. Let me expound.

To play audio files (only MP3 and RealAudio are supported), you MUST purchase a secure digital expansion card. Of course, given the Zire 71 only has 13MB of user memory, you wouldn't fit too many MP3 songs in the internal RAM anyway if you could. But, still, it would have been nice to be able to carry two favorite songs with me without the SD memory. And had Palm chosen to license Microsoft's WMA technology, we could get the same sound quality at half the file size as standard MP3.

So you need to purchase an SD card, and then install RealOne Player from the 2nd companion CD. The choice of RealOne is not a blessing, because Real's software is totally invasive, even more so than Microsoft's. And copying MP3 files from your Windows desktop to the Zire is a total pain: first you have to create a playlist in RealOne, then specify which files in RealOne to copy, and finally copy. With Pocket PC, I just use Windows Explorer to go to the My Music directory on the Pocket PC, and then drag-and-drop MP3 and WMA files. (On the Mac, you'd use Hotsync, which makes it easier than on Windows. It puzzles me why Palm chose not to implement the same technique on Windows.)

To play video files, you'd need to install both the Kinoma Player and Quick Time. Then, each time you want to copy a file to the Zire, you must use Kinoma to convert the source file (AVI, MPEG and MOV are supported), a time-consuming process. This is true on both Windows and Mac. If you have a fast P4 the process is not as painful, but still it's totally unnecessary. Again, on the PPC, I just drop-and-drop video files into the My Documents folder (or a subfolder) and voila.

So if you are buying the Zire 71 for multimedia functionalities, hold off your purchase and wait until Palm improves this area. If you are buying it for snapping pictures, go for it.

I just recieved a Palm Zire 71 as a birthday present. Previously I carried a "little black book" of names, addresses, email, phone numbers, etc.. Every few years it would fall apart from being carried everywhere. I planned on buying a bottom of the line PDA to replace my address book when my darling wife suprised me with the Zire 71.

First the good, the screen looks great! It's bright, colorful, and contrasty. My coworkers with older color Palm PDA's all covet it. I'm going to put lots of pictures of my daughter in my PDA and use it for my brag book instead of carrying a bunch of pictures in my wallet. The handwriting recognition is ok but what I like about it is that I can enter the data on my PC then sync it with the PDA. I entered hundreds of entries from my address book in a few hours (quicker than I could have copied them to another address book!). I've been going through game withdrawal ever since giving up my Nokia cell phone with snake (my top game was over 1,100). I downloaded Tetris on my PDA which is a lot more fun.

Now the bad, 16MB of RAM is a little stingy now that RAM [costs so little]. My first addition will be a memory expansion card. I wish the Zire 71 came with everything to play MP3's. As it stands I'd rather buy a [] MP3 player than buy the card for this and then have multiple cards to keep track of. I don't know why the other reviewers consider the built in camera to be good. When you see the pictures on the 320x320 screen they are already downsampled; when you see them at full resolution on a computer screen they look awful; downsampling them to 320x240 doesn't make them look much better. Even the cheapest and worst digital camers takes better pictures than the little camera in the Zire 71. I like the idea of a digital camera in a PDA but as poor as this one is I think they should skipped it and made it a little cheaper or upgraded something else on it.

In sum, this is a great little unit but do budget for a memory expansion and don't get your hopes up too much for its camera.

as well as the hotsyncing with xp.

The hotsynching although frustrating is dealable. I mainly only have trouble when I am trying to hotsync something that is online. Offline problems are less common, but then again most of my hotsyncing has been online so I am not sure how it would be offline.

My biggest problem is the battery life. I was told the battery is not replaceable. I think that sucks considering the price of something like this. Cell phones and gametoys are another thing their battery life may be short too but as far as phones go every year or two most companies give u an upgrade anyway (before battery totally dies)

Palms can be used everyday and the more on it (cameras, mp3, games etc) you use it even more and longer amount of time. Who wants to worry about the battery totally dying on you in a year. Palms are are like computers you get a new one and you have tons of info you have to reprogram and that is a major pain. Who wants to be forced to buy a whole new computer every year. I have had my palm for less than a year and battery life is getting bad. I have to do a overnight recharge everytime I look at it. (I am afraid to turn it on anymore so when I do happen to turn it on it battery is half gone) I dont use the camera much nor the mp3 player. I probably would use them alot if it wasnt for the battery. And like another reviewer said about this thing accidently turning on this thing is probably on a lot more than I think it is causing my lower battery life.

Viewsonic 7inch Android 2.2 Internet Tablet With Built-In G-Sensor Accelerometer ErgonmoicThe Viewpad 7 is a value-for-money, solidly constructed budget Android tablet. I bought it on promotion (manufacturer's roadshow) so got one at a steep discount of US$199.33. It works exactly as advertised. Robustly constructed, everything works: the fone works fine (both with or without headphones), sim card slot works, internet vide wifi or 3G works. Great entry level device, and there is no other 7-inch tablet fone in the market unless you are willing to spend up to US$500++ for a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 which is the next level up and a quantum leap in cost and quality. That said, it lags a bit (single core and all), and screen transition/refreshing/animation is a tad choppy. Dun expect iPad, HP or Motorola-like quality at this price level, though. I'd give it Three stars objectively, and Five Stars if the comparison is kept to its peers: entry level devices.

When it first arrived, I'll admit I was disappointed. It felt a little chintzy, and it looked like a metal box for colored pencils with a little foam inside.

I'm in the military, so I carry it to and fro in the rear pocket of the Day-Glo motorcycle vest the DoD mandates we wear when riding.

This morning my bike and I went down hard, and my Reader came out of it without a ding or scratch. The case was dented and scraped, but the Reader was perfect.

If you have a Sony Reader, GET THIS. Yeah, it's ugly, but it does the job.

Oh, don't even waste your money on this. The metal is thinner than an Altoids tin and you really, really need to spend your hard-earned cash on their other product, the BookArmor. Ok, the BookArmor isn't metal, but in my humble opinion it does a better job protecting the delicate Sony Reader screen. I bought this and the BookArmor both, and upon examining both, there was absolutely no contest. While metal sounds like the better option, TRUST ME -the reinforced plastic BookArmor is definitely the better choice.

I just got this product for my PRS 500 and it does the job perfectly. It fits the reader just fine. I would've gave it 5 stars if the price was just a bit lower (however it is the only thing I've seen like it, so the law of supply and demand applies). Also the halves of the case fit tight but could snap together a little tighter, but I'm not concerned about it because it's going to be stuffed in my backpack anyway. I recommend this product.

rooCASE 10.2-Inch 11.6-Inch 12.1-Inch Netbook Carrying Bag (Classic Series - Black)

rooCASE 10.2-Inch 11.6-Inch 12.1-Inch Netbook Carrying BagI bought the RooCase deluxe directly through PCMicroStore to take advantage of its discount. It fits my Acer Aspire 722-0473 11.6 like a glove, protects it with sufficient padding, and holds the netbook, a full size hardback novel, the adapter, a small pad, Ipod and over the ear headphones. I've had it for more than a month now. The case and computer have held up against freezing weather, light rain and rough handling. The shoulder strap works, although it could use some additional padding and I appreciate the velcro strap inside the bag that holds the netbook in place. The carrying handles are also held together with Velcro. Nicely done.

rooCASE 10.2, 11.6, 12.1 inch Netbook Bag...a Beautiful and HIGH quality bag with plenty of room, thoughtfully organized for those needing mobility and space. I bought this bag the end of June for a new HP 11.6 netbook with the idea in mind that it would also serve as storage for my Blackberry, bluetooth headset, and chargers, along with the adaptor, external DVD/CD player, charger and flash card for my HP. It worked well for me in terms of space as an All-In-One Mobility Bag for a slim, 11 inch netbook. If I had any complaints it would be that rooCase does not seem to make these for larger laptops. My first choice was to look there for the new HP 17.3 inch that I am in the process of ordering. This is a very good quality case, reasonably well padded and highly organizable and for the mobility I had in mind...travel...I find it to be perfect. Now if I can just get them to start making Larger cases!

I bought this case to hold my Samsung Chromebook. The lap top is small and I was having a hard time finding one that fit it nicely at the brick and mortar locations. This case fits it perfectly. The computer is not bulky so I didn't want a case that was. The rooCASE is sized nicely for small computers and you can still fit a book or other documentation inside the case as well as the charger.

Has nice compartments and very similar to a case logic carrying case I had for a 14" laptop. However, this was a little bit more flimsy on the padding especially the bottom part which I felt should be thicker since it does not have any other protection like an outside back compartment.

This does NOT really fit a 12.1 inch laptop it is too snug. I measured the case lengthwise, seam to seam, and it was only around 12 inches excluding the extra bulge on the outer edge. Also, it has a very strong gas-like smell that does not want to go away and I've tried laying it out under the sun to get rid of it with no success. Am returning this item.

My wife bought our 8yo a Coach leather e-reader thingamabob. Knowing how my 8yo uses her device, I returned that and got this case. She's dropped her Galaxy Tab a few times (she's 4'5") and nothing bad has happened (knock on wood). She's able to prop up the case and watch the tablet without having to hold onto it which is a HUGE plus. My 1 rule, never take the tablet out of the case, but it's no problem because the only thing this case DOESNT allow is for you to insert/remove an SD card which we never need to do anyway.

I like the cover case with the built-in stand however it did NOT come with the strap which the picture in the advertisement showed so I was very disappointed and feel that was false advertising. I do NOT want to go to all the trouble of sending it back! I was very disappointed in the product. Nancy Downs
