This case holds the Kindle fire very securely without the (to me) awkward and unattractive straps across the four corners. The base folds over the case perfectly and the magnets fasten the top down to protect the screen. Everything is aligned reasonably well and fits and it doesn't look at all bad or cheap. The stand works well to hold the Kindle Fire in landscape orientation. You need to move it around a bit to find a stable position but I have never had it collapse. Portrait mode also works but it is a little cumbersome to detach the Kindle Fire from the base and reorient it and then refasten it to the base.

Considering the price and the quality, I am very happy with this unit. In fact, I have purchased a nearly identical case by the same company for the family's Kindle eReader.

I bought this case when there was no review by other buyers. I was comparing it with other cases that provide dual view but they were too pricey. After I received it, I must say it works really well for my Kindle Fire for the price that I paid. It's functional and practical for my daily usage. When it first came, the leather smells just like any new leather product. But after a few days, the smell is not noticeable.

Can't beat the price for this cute case. Great color and fits the Android 7" tablets in size. That said, the side openings do not match up with the Android Tablet's side buttons. If you need it for the Kindle, it may work, but not for Android 7" 4.0 Capacitive Touch Screen Wifi Tablet.

Update: Although my daughter likes this cover because of the color, it doesn't stand up and the side openings don't align with the Android tablet. I would not recommend this product for a 7" Android tablet.
