These barcode scanners are inexpensive and easy to use, but seem to take a bit longer to read high-quality barcodes than I would expect. Beware of the company's product page which claims RS-232 communication capability, which it does not have. Also, documentation (online and included) is very poor, and customer service is terrible -it took 9 days for their helpdesk to respond initially and we're at day 12 or so (21 total) waiting on response number 2.

If you want a scanner for simple keyboard emulation and using high-quality codes, this is a cheap alternative. For anything else including features listed on their site (or customer service of any kind), look elsewhere.

Not Much to say ordered it got it and loved it. All within 10 days. So wouldn't you be this happy.

the product is like the offer in the web page, however the laser ray is unidirectional and I consider that a scanner barcode multidirectional is best. My recommendation is to buy a multidirectional scanner barcode
