This is my second Tuff-Luv case and I love the quality of workmanship and the quality of their customer service. The only thing I don't like about this case is it has to be open to plug the device in to charge it. With the case being open all the time it is causing the leather to wrinkle, which I think will crack in time if not oiled regularly. I would like to see a design change where the device could be plugged in with the case closed.
