REPLACEMENT BATTERY FOR BAOFENG UV-3R HANDHELD

Brand new battery, holds a charge well, arrived very quickly from seller. It's always good to have a backup in your pocket or CERT go-bag. Do not hesitate to get one if you own a Baofeng UV-3R.

Note that the UV-5R model radio takes a different model of battery; they are NOT interchangeable.

The description was generic, so I mistakenly thought it would work on the Baofeng UV-5R I ordered. This item is just the battery, not the pack, and looks like a cell-phone battery. It came in a worn plastic bag that was opened, but taped to the inside of a cardboard mailer. No way to tell if it was used, but definitely not in it's original packaging.

In any case don't get it if you have a 5R. I don't know what it will work for. Requested return policy, but still haven't a response.
