Gateway One ZX6970-UR10P 23-Inch All-in-One Desktop (Black)

I love this all in one. It's has a very large screen which is easy on my eyes. Very grateful for that. There's nothing to dislike about it.

I got this PC at Office Max and got sick immediately afterward. So I went over the 30 day return policy. Then shipped back to Acer Service Center at my expense of $65. Problems were mouse and keyboard would not work, pc would lock up and then wouldn't reboot. Acer sent back and said they had replaced motherboard. Now the pc will not even boot up. Service center is impossible to deal with. Don't know what to do. Any suggestions?
