A friend of mine recommended I try a rooCase for my iPad mini. She has one for her iPad and loves it. My order did arrive in a timely manner. However, it did not meet my expectations. The volume controls were not easy to access, even though there was a cut out in the correct place. The folder was a bit heavier than I thought it would be. This would not have been a deal breaker. What really pushed me into the return was the smell. This item was made of 100% leather. But rather than smell like leather, it had a strong chemical smell. When I requested the return, eBags was quick to respond and easy to work with.
