Customer service at its finest!! I placed an order for this product to use with my Palm M1 back in April. I received a USPS tracking # but the item never seemed to get beyond the CA sorting facility. I waited 5 months then contacted the seller. They immediately sent out a replacement F.O.C. (even though these are simply molded plastic and only cost $5 dollars.) My point is that it's near impossible to get good customer service nowadays. This company has defined customer service in the 21st century and I will not hesitate to order from them again! I am now enjoying my M100 again these stylus' work better than the original equipment! In that they are lighter and more durable than the metal ones.
