I got a Zagg invisible shield soon after getting my phone. Largely, this was because they were the only brand name I knew. However, I also wanted to have the tacky surface of the invisibleshield on the back of my phone, as the Optimus G, being covered in glass, can be slick. I really like having the zagg on the back of my OG, but I eventually got tired of how it impacted touch sensitivty, as well ad the fact that the upper left corner continued to peel even after a warranty replacement. I read around on forums and found this one, which I was originally drawn to because of the fact that it lacks cutouts.The screen protector itself is very nice, it almost feels as if you don't have it on. It does collect surface scratches, but they are only noticeable when the screen is off.
The place this one loses points is application. Maybe I'm just spoiled by the significantly greater window of time that Zaggs can be manipulated, but be warned that this protector is such that you have exactly One chance to get it right. I got dust under my first one. Upon contacting by he company however, I was able to get a replacement sent with very little trouble. The second one went on perfectly, and probably will remain so for a while.
It came pre-scratched. Wow. Going ahead and ignoring that, I put the front on. After following the instructions, there is dust already under the protector. Amazing. Skipping to the back I got that on flawlessly, but it is poorly cut as the back speaker slot is off and the entire thing has poorly cut edges (might I mention it is a lot thicker than the front one?) With the front not wanting to cooperate (and getting scratched to hell from trying to put it on although I put one on my Xperia flawlessly) I took it off and put it back in the box.
Not really satisfied with this after hearing all of the praise on XDA Forums. At least I have the back protected.
EDIT: I applied it without any problems the second time and it looks great. It ripped though from using and a stylus somehow but I am still amazed and am enjoying how great it looks. Good to know that my phone is protected even. I'll probably buy more when I get the chance.

After following the instructions--going so far as to run the shower in my apartment in order to truly humidify the area--I *still* had huge problems with bubbles and dust, and nothing I could do made it better. I'm keeping the back layer only because it's hidden inside my case, but I've peeled off the front and thrown it away. With all the un-squeezable bubbles, it was worse than nothing. I could've gotten 20 cheaper screen protectors for the same price, and at least one attempt would've worked.By far the best cut and clearest full body protection I've used or seen. The cut is absolutely perfect, it's very difficult to even tell it's on the phone. Had it on for a couple weeks now, and it is showing some fine scratches. I expect it to, I am an auto mechanic by trade, and my hands aren't the cleanest at times when I'm using my phone.
