I love the look and protection that this product provides. I would recommend to anyone who has the HTC Vivid. Boxwave is by far my favorite cell phone case / protection company and I am satisfied yet again with this product.
Pros:
It keeps me from hitting buttons on the edges.
It holds the battery door on (which would regularly fall off inside my pocket).
It makes it 3-year-old proof. (He can NOT turn it on yet.)
The buttons for volume and power are tougher to press, but this is a good thing. The buttons were a little touchy prior to getting this case.
The device is less slick therefore easier to hold.
Cons:
It gets a little warm with heavy use.
Taking it off to pull the battery when the phone freezes is a pain, but it's not the fault of the case the stupid phone freezes occasionally.
