The great things about this stand

portable, takes up almost no space and no additional weight in my bag

paired with an Apple bluetooth keyboard, gives you a really good looking, functional system with an iPad, iPod or iPhone.

The only nit I have is this I have a case on my iPhone (Magpul case) that is pretty thin the iPhone won't fit in the stand with this case on. Not a big deal because 99.99% of the time I use this with my iPad (note no case on my iPad, so I can't comment on whether that would be a fit issue).

These little clip-ons don't pretend to be more than they are and they work exactly as sold. They clip onto the Apple keyboard and allow my iPad to rest in a perfect angle for a "laptop" like experience. ..and they are kind of cute in their own little plastic clip way.

Used this stand for 2 weeks. Thought it was well made, but then while picking up the keyboard I twisted the clip slightly while in my easy chair. This caused it to crack making the clip very loose. I don't think I was to rough, the clip is to fragile. I sent the manufacture an email, and asked for a replacement. Hence the 1 star rating. Will report if they back up their product, if so will give a 5 star rating.

WingStand replied after 1/12 weeks and apologized. Sent not 1 but 2 WindStands for my troubles. The rating has been updated to 5 stars because of it's usefulness. Just be careful when moving it around with the iPad attached.

If you have an iPad and a wireless keypad, this inexpensive device makes typing much easier and puts the iPad at just the correct viewing angle.

Works well with our iPad mini and wireless apple keyboard. Good manufacturing too. Works OK as a stand only with no keyboard. Would buy again.
