With this sort of thing it is quite simple, either it works or it doesn't. It does, but there is one caveat, you may have to compress the brass pieces on the charger plug, I did (used a pair of pliers). It now fits and works as it should.

Works great for my PalmOne and the price just can't be beat anywhere!! I was glad to find this item and so reasonably priced as well as I lost the charger I originally had.
