Belkin Advanced 3000 Joule 12 Outlet Surge Protector with 2 USB Charging Ports and 6ft Cord

When using the USB port it creates a high-pitched sound. Other than that, it seems to work just as it should.

I am not sure if this is defective or not. The ground light is showing my plugs are not grounded. Not one plug in my house would turn the light out. So according to this surge protector my house is Not grounded. Hmm
