Radica Klondike/Vegas Solitaire Handheld Game Model# 3620 CS5BA

I purchased this from Amazon in May of 1997 and have, on average, used it in the Vegas Mode twice a day since then. That's 16+ years--well over 5,800 days of use--and it has always worked perfectly. I keep it on a small night table next to my bed with a reading lamp on it. Upon awakening, I play it to help get my mind going, and at night--in addition to reading--to relax before dropping off to sleep. You may think the following is a little nutty, but I kept track of every Solitaire Win aince I bought the game over 16 years ago: 14,000 wins as of Nov. 29, 2012, and am at an additional 648 wins to date. It has become quite important (relatively speaking, of course) to this 84-year old great grandfather. Thanks RADICA: for a wonderful product--and thank you, Amazon, for making it available.

The solitaire game worked for a few days but now it doesn't work at all. I replace the battery but that did not help. I would like to return it for credit but don't know where to send it? Please advise.
