It is hard to rate this product since I won't know how it works until I have something happen and have to get the warranty.

Nothing really more to say -started going through their dance of compliance & decided I needed to stay where I was. Not really sure why I do any of that as nothing I insure breaks :-) -maybe it would if not insured. :-) Just felt like toooo many steps for something purchased in conjunction with the item. YOU would think they might have a CLUE as to what you bought or if actually interested would have the information sent to them with the MONEY -BUT THEY DO NOT [THE MONEY IS SENT :-) ] -You just as well buy street side, a purchase made with the item does not let them know anything, TOTALLY IN THE DARK --COULD BE A SPACE CAPSULE, THEY DON'T KNOW & YOU NEED TO PROVE. Too much trouble... IF THEY ARE LINKED IN THE PAY DEPARTMENT, THEY COULD EASILY BE LINKED IN WHAT YOU PURCHASED ---"IF" THEY CARED TOO, easier to put proof on you & if wrong -money still stays with them & you just pay for ??????? A LITTLE MORE WORK FOR YOU!!!!!
