The company doesn't replace iPads, so check for holes before you let your children take their iPads poolside. Brand new, it could have holes in it, so please check it so you don't have a ruined iPad like my daughter. I didn't check it first as apparently I should have. Mine works great with no problems except its impossible to keep clean.

the case serves it's purpose of keeping the iPad dry. however, i would recommend only if using it pool side and if you will not be swiping your fingers on the screen much. The film is very tough to slide your fingers across. it gets dirty very easily . it is not ideal to use out in there filed for work.

This product is amazing it is completely water proof!! The only problem I have with it is that it does muffle the sound a whole lot but that can't be fixed and still be water proof!

No access to the power button is a real problem. Otherwise sure, it's waterproof alright. I purchased an iBdry case instead that works much better if you don't need shock protection.
