Basically, this item is the same as the cradle that came with the Palm m515, except that, instead of needing a separate AC adapter, it draws power from the USB port/hub. So it will both sync the Palm and charge the battery. The one downside to this device, of course, is that the PC/Mac must be turned on, so there is power going to the USB port/hub. Of course, it is also Made in China, and I would prefer a cable Made in USA, but to my knowledge there are no such cables made here. But I think this product is a good choice if you're like me, and you lost the AC adapter that goes with your Palm m515 cradle. :-)

I recieved the cable very fast and have used it with no issues so far. It was sold at a great price and the customer service was fine. I would recommend this product.

The charger/tranfer cable supplied with the Palm M500 was bulky and a pain to carry on trips. The Eurus USB Sync & Charger Cable for Palm M500 works excellent and is easy to carry. The right equipment for the right price.
