This air conditoner works very well it was heavly usedthis summer and never reduced its performance it works perfect and the air is cold

I got this because I absolutely dislike the heat. This product works like a charm! The air that comes through feels cooler than when using a fan and it's about 18% of the price of the original product. I use it while I'm cooking and washing dishes. I can set it down up-right on the counter and change the angle of the air-flow. Wonderful!

After about a week of use a few hours a day, it died. I know this is the knockoff brand, but I still expected to get a bit more than 15 hours of use out of it.

Very disappointing and not worth the cost to return/exchange it.
