Good: If you use your TX in the field or other situations where it might take more abuse than in your office, this case offers excellent protection. Good fit and all ports are accessible. Case has a nice feel, is lined with shock absorbing rubber, and the cover can be used to shade the screen in bright sunlight. It slips into the pocket of all but one of my favorite shirts. It protects the TX's screen if you slip it into your back pocket.Bad: the documentation is inadequate and written by someone who has no chance of being taken for a native speaker. Hint: the TX has a groove on it's left side for attaching to the plastic piece in the middle of the case. Once attached, it will never fall out, but can be easily removed. The case comes with a plastic belt clip and a small screw that was at least two sizes too small to attach the clip. That's ok, I don't like a bunch of gadgets hanging around my middle, but would be a disappointment to those that do. Does make you think someone responsible for production is an idiot.
Bad: The screw attaching the belt clip to the Palm case fell out within 1 hour of using the product, and the palm fell to the floor. This product is horrible if you plan to clip it to your belt and expect it to stay attached.

This is my second cover. My first one lasted 1-2 years and the plastic hinge busted. This time it has been another 1-2 years and I hope it holds up. Otherwise I like the felt inside and metal outside which I am sure has saved my palm when I have dropped it.
