This thing is a tank. And that's what I wanted. I have dropped my phone in this case on the pavement, accidentally flung it across the room, spilled (a little) water on it, and stepped on it. Barring a dunk in water, I know my Tour is safe and sound in this case. Know this it makes your Tour notably bulkier. If you are all about sleek and stylish, this case is not for you. But if you want to protect your investment and/or your accident prone, this case is a wise investment. I really have no complaints about it. I have had no problems with any of the jacks, and find the only time I need to take the case off/on (which can take a few moments to do right) is to clean it off every few months or pull the battery out to reboot.
