I got the item defectve, took it to sprint and the tech showed me a "RED" sticker on the inside of the phone, this means the phone was water damaged. Also the material isnt "NEW" rather refabricated, and it wasnt blackberry qualifed material. The phone had a huge gap on the back on both sides, like they took different parts and put them together? Anyhue it isnt made of blackberry, dont fit my phone and I hope Amazon looks into this as it said "NEW" when they are clearly selling KNOCK OFFS.
I just got offered a job at the state department when they saw how scratch free my blueberry was. They said, "I can tell you take care of the details." Nuff said.
