I am pretty petite and by no means have big guns and this armband was pretty tight on me, if I loosen it then the velcro isn't strong enough to hold tight. It is okay for short runs but I find my arm starting to tingle a little on long runs and the phone gets really wet.

I was really excited to try this armband and wanted to love it. Unfortunately, it's really uncomfortable and I don't even bother using it. No matter how I adjust it, it's either too tight or too loose on my arm, and the little plastic piece that secures the band on my arm, twists and turns all over the place during the run. I have purchased this armband for my iPhone 4S in both the M/L and the S/M. In general, the quality of the armband is good. The slot for the iPhone is snug (my phone will not fit with its minimal case) and the touch through screen works well. With respect to size......I initially ordered the M/L and found that it fit my arm provided that I had it as tight I could get it. However, after running with it a few times, I noticed that by the end of a run, it would slide down my arm a little as it loosened/stretched. After my son asked to borrow it a number of times, I gave it to him and ordered the S/M. This smaller size also fits my arm (though now on the loosest velcro!), but I imagine that it too will stretch a bit.
