Cons:
Does not sit evenly and edges of screen are hard to touch
Upright stand position is wobbly and can fall over
It is thin because they don't include support behind iPad
Kind of strange looking with excess material and teeth
Other cases to consider:
The Khomo is cheaper and thinner, but has weaker magnets
The Snugg is $10 and is a similar style case, but uses nicer materials
The Devicewear Ridge is $12 more and about the same thickness, nicer aesthetics, and a very sturdy 6 position stand.

I paid $9 for the case and am very pleased. I got my Ipad Mini on Friday the 2nd and my case came in on the 3rd. I'm sure there are nicer cases out there, but this one is good. The Ipad mini fits right in and the microphone and ports are all easily accessible, and the construction seems good. The case itself is a little bigger than the mini, so that if you bump it into something you'll be hitting the edge of the case and not the mini. Based on what I've seen so far I recommend this case.
Update 11/06.
Been using this case for a few days now. Still not a bad case for the price, but the feature that lets you fold the case back and sit the Ipad on down so you can have it standing up doesn't work well. The case isn't balanced well and it's difficult to get the Ipad to stay up.
