Ok, so I did not receive the item but this is my first time buying from Roocase and I have to tell you they treated me right. Item was shown to be available for pre-order May 25th. I purchase in advance, then it never came. I asked them where it was, then they gave me a refund and sent me a free gel case and a stylus pen for my troubles. My wife might use the gel case, but she really wanted the ultra-sim leaather one. Too bad they don't have it and looks like they may never get it. I am giving them 5 stars because they returned my money (without me even having to ask for a refund) and sent me free stuff (worth about $30.00) for my troubles. THANKS ROOCASE!
