the one i received was missing the screw holders. After putting the faceplate, the screws didn't seem to hold the plate. when i compared with my old faceplate. the new one did not have metal part that holds the screws. so i wasn't able to finish the installation. it was nice for them to included two crew drivers and opener.

Seller sent the wrong item twice. The item sent was for the wrong model of Blackberry Curve. 8310/8320 instead of 8330.
