I just got this today, and after using this little keyboard for the last 20 minutes I'm definitely impressed. There is a nice click whenever a button is pressed, and it feels very comfortable in my hands. The only issue thus far is the Volume + and buttons don't work with VLC but they work fine with Windows Media Player, and everything else is working as advertised. The one finger scrolling on the touchpad is a really nice touch. At under $20 this is a no-brainer. The included 'manual' isn't written very well, but how much really needs explaining it's a keyboard. If there was a way to program some keys and/or the Volume buttons worked with VLC this would definitely be a 5 star item.

I love this device for playing around on my PC that's connected to my TV. It's great for changing children's programming for my toddler without disturbing my nursing baby. It's charged right out of the box. I also love that the USB connector can be stored inside of the remote when it's being stored away. The video buttons work with Windows Media Player, but not with VLC. The mute and pause/play button works with Youtube.

The range on this thing is severely lacking. If you are not within 5 to 8 feet of the receiver, the keyboard and mouse pad will not be accurate at all. When typing, it double punches letters or skips letters completely unless you are right next to the computer, which defeats the purpose of the unit in the first place. I bought this as a television/computer remote and I sit 12 feet from the computer, and half the time I have to focus very carefully on what I type, or it will not do what I ask. The mouse pad is pretty lousy as well if you are outside of the 5' zone. Overall, I like the design and feel of the unit, I just don't think it works very well.

I am having trouble getting the Hausbell Mini H7 to recharge. This has a flat lithium battery and the battery and the internal spring connections appear to be in order. The system uses the older type mini USB connector, and came without the power block, so I am experimenting with various power sources to see if that is the problem. I will provide an update as to whether this was resolved. Other functionality for this product has been excellent so far, which is why I am willing to experiment with fixing the issue. If the power issue is fixed, I would recommend.
