iPAQ hx2410 Pocket PC
HP IPAQ HX2410. If you need WiFi, Bluetooth, SD and flash card this PocketPC really hits the spot. I've had it for about 2 months and took it to Asia. Picks up airport and local hotspots no problem. Buttons are convenient and easy to not accidentally push. The toggle button is a bit small for my fat fingers, but functional. The voice memo button is especially well protected from accidental pushing, but does take a second to find when you really want to record something. I like being able to turn it on and view the start screen through the plastic flip top.Outdoor visibility is good.
Handwriting recognition is exception even without training it. With the new `training' feature you can be pretty sloppy and the PDA still figures it out.
Battery life is exceptional, I purchased a 2nd battery and charger because I was going to remote places in Asia, and couldn't be without the PDA. Turns out I never needed the second battery. All day off and on usage totaling 4-6 hours was no problem for 1 standard 1440 mAh battery.
Also makes a terrific MP3 player (I added a 1GB SD card)
The only problem I've had is occasional freezing of the OS. The more I use it the less this has happened (go figure) A soft boot fixes it, maybe a bios upgrade from HP will fix this.
2/2006 update After a year of use. There is slight scratching where I write the most and those areas are less sensitive to writing. A screen cover may be a good idea. I've updated to windows mobile 5 better exchange support a bit more polished interface no backup program. For most people probably not worth it. I added an 8GB CF Disk (ST68022C-RK) Very nice I use the disk to store WMA, there is slight pause each time you access the drive but when listening there is no pause. Definitely uses more battery but still can get 5 hours of continuous audio usage. Still happy with the product.

After ordering this product, I went in shock as I didn't know this will be shipped from Hong Kong. It did take good 10 days for the product to reach me but when I finnaly applied it on my Z series, I couldn't be any happier.The installation was smooth and I don't even feel I put a protector on the screen. I still get the same clarity out of my walkman like I used to before and damn yes it is there and protecting it from dust, scrathces and what not... Highly recommended!!!

This thing is great, i travel for work and rent a bunch of cars, it can go in any car and leaves no marks and is not perminant.The eight legs bend around the phone and two go into the air vemt or around the mirror. I have an iphone and my girlfriend has a htc and it holds both easy.
Takes about two minutes to set it up and i can chuck it in my bag or pocket when done. I also use it on my bike at the weekends, but not so much as a desk stand.
With face time on the iphone it is also awsome because the phone gets hot and its a pain to hold it in front of you.

I bought this for my Nexus S 4g smartphone. My only complaint is that the item broke at the plastic part in the middle within 30 days. A waste of 20$...I will not purchase again and the seller was near impossible to contact. Disappointed in the seller and Amazon.I bought this one for my girlfriend. She loves it and had to have one too when she saw me using mine in my SUV. Hers is soft while mine is more of a harder rubber material. This looks cool in all the photos and video but in real life this does not work for me.All the diagrams show perfectly straight and positioned legs. I actually found that once i've bent a joint it takes forever to get it straight again to match the straightness of another leg. So if i making a stand for my phone i can't get it even. Everything will turns out wonky unless you are willing to spend ages working on it.

I got this case for my iPad 2 to go with a screen protector (front and back, of course) and a green smart cover. The sleeve fits my iPad 2 perfectly with and without the smart cover attached. The side pocket is nice but small. You could fit the USB cable, but the power brick would be pushing it.
The case also looks nice. The green trim matches my green smart cover perfectly. It's easy to get the iPad in and out of the case. Not too tight or too loose.I wanted an attractive neoprene case that would accommodate my Gelaskin Kindle cover, and this case works perfectly. It is light-weight, protects the Kindle from falls, and the front pocket is handy for carrying a few dollars for a coffee during my afternoon walk. Although I bought the case for use when traveling, it will be very handy around home too. Note: The neon green is not as bright as shown in the picture, more muted.My wife and I each have an iPad2 with the smart cover on the front and the Speck SmartShell Slim Case for iPad 2 ( Speck Products SmartShell Slim Case for iPad 2 (SPK-A0427) ) on the back. We bought the rooCase to travel with and to make sure that the iPads were protected when getting thrown into backpacks or when we wanted to just carry them with us to sit at our favorite café, etc. The case opens from the top but the zippered opening provides ample room to slide the ipad in and out of the case easily, even armored up with the smart cover and smartshell case. The bubble interior protect the iPads very well. We did find that the iPad tends to fit better with the smart cover (front of the iPad) facing the pocket on the front of the rooCase. The color trim on the outside of the rooCase is a nice design element and makes the case easy to see inside of dark packs. The front pocket is also a nice feature as it lets you stow the charge cord and other accessories (e.g. pen stylus). So far we haven't had any major drops, but I have been carrying my iPad in the rooCase in my briefcase (which gets toss around a lot) on a daily basis and I have not had any problems. After looking at other similarly designed cases we are happy with our choice and recommend the case, especially if you add additional protection to your iPad and/or use the smart cover.PROS:
-Great padding: the bubbles inside provide amazing protection
-Lightweight: bubbles avoid needing any hard inserts, making case super light
-Build Quality: great stitching, nice hardened rubber zipper. there is also a barrier between the zipper and the inside of the case, so you don't need to worry about the zipper scratching the kindle
-Convenience: outside storage pocket is large enough for my charger/cable and helps stay closed with a square of velcro.
CONS (?):
-The dimensions are a tad bit too big, which cause very little shifting side-to-side (but the front screen and back of the kindle are padded just fine). However, all edges of the case are well padded, so I haven't noticed any problems. Again, the shift is minimal. I also plan on getting a silicone skin as well which should add to size to the kindle to reduce to or even stop it completely.
-size? The case is a bit thick, so if you are looking for a more streamline case, pass on this. However, I definitely wanted to protect my investment, and I don't mind the size at all given the bubble padding is worth it. It's cute in a plump sort of way.
OTHER:
-color in picture is off. I ordered the pink one, and in real life the color is a more true pink rather than the darker, drabbier pink. Much cuter than the picture.

It was easy to install, once I reviewed my alarm system installation docs along with the instructions on the remote touchpad. Comes very handy if you cannot place your alarm panel next to your exit door, or if you have multiple exits from your house. Just attached it with velkro on the door, so it doesn't get lost. Even though it is not listed as such, it seems compatible with my Simon 2, and it was more affordable than the other options.
Lithium Ion Handhelds/PDAs Battery For Palm Zire 72
My Palm Zire 72s has worked well for the past 2 years or so. The battery life has progressively waned and now needs charging daily. I called Palm about out of warranty service, and their fee is $199 regardless of what the problem is. Basically, Palm considers their out of warranty PDAs as disposable items. Well, other than a dead battery the PDA was fine. I could not find anyone on the internet who would replace the battery for a reasonable fee. I did a Google search and found a few well illustrated how-to's on some of the techie web sites. It did not look like a very difficult procedure. Certainly not a $199 procedure. I bought the battery. It did not come with any instructions, but like I said, just do a Google search. You will need a T-5 Torx driver, a mini Phillips head screwdriver, and a plastic pry tool to open the case. All were included with the battery. I took my time, followed the instructions I found on the web, changed the battery, reassembled the unit and was done within 15 minutes. I had changed one iPod battery prior to this, and the procedure was similar. The most important thing is to have the exact disassembly instructions for your exact PDA model. Also make sure you ground any static out of yourself prior to touching your PDA, the motherboard, etc. This was pretty simple to do. Certainly not worth $199. You can do this.
The kit comes with one itty bitty little screw driver that is necessary for changing the battery but you will also need your own mini screw driver (not provided in the kit) to get the PDA apart. You will have to remove the sticker on the back of the PDA, which does void the warranty. So if for some strange reason your PDA is still under warranty, it won't be by the time you're done changing the battery.

It's too early to tell if the battery will hold charge commensurate with the original, but it looks good so far. Easy to install, but if you haven't already dismantled your PDA, and you're not mechanically or electronically savy, it would be very easy to destroy your PDA, thereby wasting the purchase of a new battery.
