This adapter is very basic and simple, but works as advertised. I have had no trouble with it, using it in conjunction with various cables to charge my electronic equipment. I am very satisfied with it. It works well and the price is right.
Acer Aspire V3-571-6643 15.6-Inch Laptop (Midnight Black)
So far I am very happy with this purchase. I was looking for a core I5 processor and nice big screen for under $500, and this unit does nicely. The keyboard has a good feel to me the keys are spaced out which feels a little odd at first, but makes "fat-fingering" almost impossible. The sound is good, though not loud but I can use external speakers if I need loud. It looks like it will be easy to upgrade the RAM I ordered a second 4GB stick from crucial for $24, but it has not arrived yet, so I can't verify how easy it is. Not a hard-core gaming machine, but you knew that. The built-in Intel graphics bring the "Windows Experience Index" down to 4.7. The CPU rates a solid 7 (7.9 is the maximum, for some reason). It is excellent for work, casual gaming and watching movies. It has HDMI out and a USB 3.0 port and a 500GB hard drive. Good battery life. Boots up very quickly. Webcam seems adequate. There was a lot of junk installed on the system, but I was able to easily uninstall what I did not want.For the price, I highly recommend this notebook PC. I was able to get it for under $500 from Amazon itself the price seems to vary a lot depending on who you buy it from.
Update very easy to update the RAM. One large panel on the bottom with two screws provides access to HD, RAM and wireless card. The system recognized the additional RAM immediately on restart, without my having to go into BIOS.

When I switched on the laptop for first time, the half screen was bright white and half was visible. There were vertical lines on the white portion of the screen. This laptop is a beast and seems to be made for Windows 8 which I immediately installed. Dual core processor core i5 just kills when it comes to performance. You could spend a hundred dollars more and not do better than this laptop. Awesome! Only problem is that I still can't seem to get the Bluetooth to work, but that's probably because I downloaded the wrong driver for it and am working on that now. Bought the product this past week. First off, to the person who had one that runs hot, this one did not at all.Pros: Very very fast; runs most 32 bit applications but not 32 bit drivers; nice screen; weight is acceptable; not to much bloatware; battery life good
Cons; Del key in a funny location near F12 key. I'd much rather have it on the top right. Volume is a bit on the low side, but crystal clear with nice tone for music. Glossy outside gets a bunch of fingerprints fast. Restoring a backup to C drive killed the battery pretty quickly, around an hour or so. In shadowy area, touchpad is invisible to surface.
That's it. The cons are mostly picky. It's a really good computer for the price. My wife will use it as a desktop mostly anyway with a keyboard and mouse externally. And a monitor.
Good job Acer. This is my first experience with an Acer and for the price I think they do a really good job.

I recently bought my first GPS unit, the Tom Tom One, and quickly found out that mounting it on the windshield is illegal in the state of California. So, out goes the suction cup holder, which was flimsy and mounted it too far from my reach anyway.I tried using velcro, which worked okay, but the GPS unit was wobbly and hard to use. I'd have to take it off, input the location then stick it back on.
The Krusell Carholdic Kit, in addition to the Krusell Phoneholdic Kit, was the perfect solution to mounting the Tom Tom on my dashboard. I can't stress enough how well it works.
The Krusell Carholdic Kit is the mount that goes on the dashboard. It's the female half, whereas the Krusell Phoneholdic Kit is the male half. You stick the Cardholdic mount on your dashboard, which looks like it should be there and has a sturdy feel. You just peel the backing off and stick it on.
The Phoneholdic Kit contains the mount that sticks to the back of the GPS unit. Peel and stick then use either the round Swivel knob or the MiniClip by snapping it in place (both come with the Phoneholdic Kit). I used the MiniClip because it provides the best hold.
You're done!
You've made your Tom Tom into a portable unit that can clip on your belt or onto the Carholdic mount on your dashboard. It looks and works great!
Home Button Flex Cable Ribbon for iphone 3G
I damaged my home button cable while replacing a cracked screen. Since the phone was already open, the home button repair was a lot simpler than anticipated. The cable does not include the plastic button itself but has adhesive to attach to it. There is also a little adhesive to stick to the phone.This repair was a lot simpler than the screen repair and a value compared to the $49 a local tech shop wanted to repair the home button.

I have purchased a few fans and found that they worked, but didn't work well I need a lot of air for my computer do to media and many tasks running at same time. This fan is by far the best one I have found for the price. It has one LARGE fan that blows on the entire computer instead of little fans that produce little to no air. And it does not make any noise the little fans make more noise and the lights are annoying if they have them. I couldn't really care about style as I am a functional person, but this actually serves both of the purposes.With other fans I still had abrupt shut downs and had to constantly feel bottom of laptop to ensure I wouldn't lose data to a shutdown. I have had for a couple months now and not once has my computer shutdown or gotten really hot. I would recommend this fan to all laptop users that had shutdowns due to excessive heat and STAY AWAY from the little fans (even if they have 3 4). The large fan is the only way to go.
Another note I am very hard on my equipment and use my laptop for 10 12 hours each day. Moving around, banging, dropping things, adding devices, programs, trying products, etc. This fan has held up to all my torture, so if you purchase you shouldn't be disappointed.

I purchased this to test on two devices with the intention of buying a second if it works as hoped.First I tested this under an Acer Aspire Quad Core 7551-7422 laptop. It has some over heating issues when the side vents are not at the edge of a table and occasionally shuts off due to heat build up when using graphically intensive programs. I placed underneath it this cooling pad and plugged it into a USB port. The fan was quieter than the internal fan of the laptop, and after a day of use the bottom of the laptop was still cool to the touch. Although I was initially concerned that the laptop was wider than the cooling pad, it turns out that having the laptop wider was an advantage as the laptop's own vents were raised up allowing for maximum airflow. As an added bonus, the USB cable had an adapter on top to plug another USB cable into it just in case I needed it, but I didn't so can't say how well this feature works with hard drives and such.
I then tested this under my Playstation 3 console. A Fat 1st generation Playstation 3. Although mine has cooling mods applied already, heat is still a potential problem. I had someone else place this under the console while I picked it up (since the console is 14 pounds) and decided to plug the fan into a USB to power adapter. I couldn't hear the cooling fan at all compared to the fan of the console, so at first I wasn't sure if it was working but it was! I was concerned at first because there isn't much of a gap between the table and the buttom of the pad in the front, but after a day of use the bottom of the console was still cool. When the console is turned off the fan continues to run because I had it plugged into a power outlet, and the sound of the fan is still so quiet you barely notice it.
My poor laptop overheated again without the cooling pad under it (while testing it with the Playstation 3) so I fully intend to purchase a second one for me, and will likely buy a third as a gift.

I bought this to set my Mac Mini 2010 on. The CPU had been topping 160F and froze the Mac with a fault a few times. Now the CPU seems to stay between 145F and the low 150Fs. So far, no more shutdowns. The fan is quiet, and large, though slow. It does come with a handy but optional USB pass-through plug so it doesn't actually reduce the number of USB Ports. It has a low angle. so the Mac doesn't want to slide off (though it does have 3M Sorbothane Hemisphere Rubber Bumper Non-skid Feet that raise it up and prevent slipping).The negatives are that it's mostly very thin and fragile looking plastic, and the feet won't stay on since there is barely any plastic for them to stick to on the hollow round legs.
It is about an inch tall, so if you're using it with a laptop you won't be able to rest your wrists on the desk and type.
For my needs, I am very happy with this fan.

Overall this is the best fan I have found. I use it under stereo equipment to keep it cool. This fan moves way more air than any other fan I have tried, yet it is very quiet. Two things to note though. First it is not level (the front legs are shorter than the back), so I have to place something under the front legs so that my stereo equipment remains level. This wouldn't be a problem for laptop users. Second, it has four rubber pads on the top and four more attached to the legs on the bottom. The legs have very little surface area where the pads attach and the pads don't stick well. Two had come off if the box when the fan arrived. This is not a problem for me, but I think it would be a problem for some laptop users; if you are not using this on a desk or table and always leaving it in the same place, the pads will probably get lost. The legs would also be very uncomfortable (even with the pads) if you actually tried to work with the laptop on your lap while using this.

SanDisk is the only brand of flashcard, in my experience, with using them for my embroidery machine. They always retain all of the designs I have downloaded on them & this brand of flashcard ALWAYS works in my embroidery machine. I have had trouble with other brands including losing 100 designs on one card! Recently, I tried formatting a different brand for my embroidery machine & it would not take it. I have one of these for use in a Nikon Coolpix 995 digital camera.At the highest resolution, 2048x1536, you can average about 100 shots on the card before you have to start deleting pics to free up space.
Who needs such a huge card? Well, I prefer to use a larger CF card and take the highest-rez pic possible, rather than play around adjusting resolutions out in the cold and rain. Who knows you may get that 'killer pic' you want to blow up to 11x14, and only realize it once you're back at your computer! You can always rescale a picture down later.
With this card, I can go on vacation and take a week's worth of pics, no problem, no fussing around with swapping cards. This card is great!

I poped into my Axim and downloaded 25 songs (approx 5 MB/song) and it worked like a champ. No problem so far. But instead of 128 MB it showed the total capacity as 122.10 MB. I sent an email to sandisk customer service and I got the following answer from them. This might be helpful for you.The operating system, when reading the size of the card, reports a slightly different capacity than what is listed on the card's label

This is a great little card. Yes, the new xd card used in Fuji cameras is much smaller but how small do you need? With this card you can take only one card on vacation with you, although I still recommend an extra card for emergencies. I have been using this one for a month now. I have 111 photos and three short videos and there's still room. I've printed my photos up to 8x10 and they look great, just like my 35mm enlargements. The video although pretty smooth when viewed on my TV is not quite as good as 8mm video, but better than on my previous camera. And this card is a heck of a lot smaller than 3 rolls of film and an 8mm video tape.I'll admit that the initial cost is high but remember that you can reuse the card again and againsimply download to your computer or a disc and erase the images from your card and you are ready to start over. Another advantage is the ability to immediately erase (true for all digital cards and cameras) and thereby save your 'film' for an important photo.
